This was our 3rd time at Mas de Jouas and as previous, it did not disappoint. Obviously this holiday season is a bit different due to Covid 19 and we didn't know what to expect but we felt safe and confident with procedures that were in place and in no way did it affect our experience. Abbi and Danny are hosts extraordinaire and are very clever at making you feel instantly at home and with old friends. Nothing is too much trouble, whilst we were there it was mine and my husbands 10th Anniversary, we had asked Abbi if she could arrange for some live music and nibbles/fizz to enjoy with the other guests. What she and Danny pulled off was just fabulous, we had an amazing evening with incredible platters, pink fizz, beers, and beautiful music from an acoustic duo. It was a very fitting end to our memorable holiday. Abbi's food is excellent, the kids loved the activities on offer and we all love the pool and grounds. We came away desperate to book back in and having met some lovely fellow guests who we had such a laugh with. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mas de Jouas to anyone, as much as we want to keep it secret!

If only we had discovered this place when our two girls were small... this was the perfect holiday destination for families with children of any age... the hosts Abbi, Danny and family were so welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure that everybody had a five star holiday- every little extra touch that you may think of Abbi had already considered and was there waiting from picnic baskets to luxurious bathrobes and slippers and beauty treatments. Rooms are spacious, decorated to very high standard and all communal areas the same. There is plenty to keep children occupied including daily entertainment. The food is heavenly, Abbi is an amazing cook and we were spoilt with the signature paella lunch, cod with chorizo and our favourite the Mexican night! Children’s meals are perfect and I’ve never heard so many compliments from my fussy eater! Abbi and Danny go out of their way to socialise with guests and children to ensure everyone is having a great time. The location is ideal with many beautiful sights within a short drive. We loved every single minute and will definitely return - thank you Abbi, Danny and girls!! Enjoying the beautiful French countryside with the added bonus of a near-all inclusive holiday in luxury accommodation with hosts who were friends at the end of the week is something very special...

Mas de Jouas ticks every single box for the ultimate family holiday. It was our first visit this year and we have already booked to go back for a fortnight next year. Abbi and Danny are the most incredible hosts, making you feel so welcome and always going above and beyond to accommodate your holiday needs. We went with 2 other families with numerous children ranging from 4 months to 5 years. The children's activities were a real hit every afternoon, with the adults being able to enjoy some 'me time' and the kids enjoying den building, pizza making, bouncy castles, french lessons... the list goes on. Abbi and Danny's daughters were on hand for extra babysitting during the day and they were SO wonderful with the kids. Abbi's cooking was sensational and we enjoyed some wonderful evenings outside with delicious food and local wine. The rooms are incredibly spacious and sparklingly clean. The photos on the website don't do them justice! The extra touches like children's games and fancy dress in their wardrobes were lovely. We had 2 children with dairy intolerances and Abbi couldnt have been more helpful, providing dairy free alternatives and healthy puréed food for our baby. We cannot rave about Mas de Jouas enough. We just hope we can get in every year now that we've told everyone about it!!

We visited as a group of three families with children ranging in age from 5 months to 5 years. From first contact to leaving the property Abbi and Danny were the perfect hosts. Directions were easy to follow and we arrived to a warm welcome and a fully stocked fridge! The children were fully catered for with fantastic daily meals and super fun activities that kept the older ones entertained in the afternoon (and out of our hair). Our 2 year old had an injury that meant she could not walk or take part in the activities but Abbi and Danny's daughter Madi was a superstar taking care of her during that time on a one-to-one basis. As for the adults, we were over catered for with free flowing beer and wine throughout the day and delicious meals in the evening. On Wednesday instead of dinner you are offered free babysitting and all the parents took the opportunity to have a romantic meal in a local restaurant which Abbi organized for us and Danny taxied us there and back. Outside the Mas there are lots of villages and countryside to visit and Abbi and Danny made great recommendations based on the age of the children. Our stay was so good we were already discussing when we could come back by the third day, and we are now definitely going back next year. Best family holiday we have ever had. Thank you to Abbi, Danny, Madi and Lauryn for everything. See you next year!

This is the second time we’ve been to Mas de Jouas and it was just as fantastic as we remembered. Abbi and Danny are wonderful hosts (Abbi prepares some delicious meals too!) and the children have so much to keep them entertained. A beautiful setting with plenty to do in the surrounding area as well. We’re already planning our next trip!
