We (4 adults) stayed in Fraser Suites, Muscat 3 times from18 October 2023 and 3 November 2023. Positive points: 1. Excellent location for tourist spots in Central Muscat (Royal Opera House, Mall of Oman, The Sultan's palace and the 2 forts nearby) 2. Free parking in the basement that works well, and with direct lift access to your floor 3. Large apartments - we stayed in a 2 room apartment on 3 separate occasions 4. Helpful staff - especially housekeeping 5. Washing machine works well 6. Dishwasher works well Improvement areas: 1. Breakfast at 9 OMR per person is expensive 2. The bathrooms are tired and in need of refurbishment 3. Kitchen was missing basic items on all 3 stays 4. Drier option on the washing machine does not work well 5. on occasions housekeeping ran out of towels …

Hotel is very average for a 5 star. Needs a lot of work and maintenance. Dirty in places and needs a clean. AC in rooms don’t work properly. Kitchen facilities have hardly any pots pans etc. have to request everything. Basic things like face cloths etc not left in rooms. A constant call to reception to request things. Also makes you feel that we are too demanding. But basic things should be made available and not requested. Only good thing was the staff in the breakfast area. They went above and beyond and were extremely friendly. Can’t fault that. They are always smiling even though they are usually alone serving in the whole breakfast area.

Hotel staff is extremely warm and friendly. He didn’t have a badge on since we arrived at 2AM, but the Gentleman from Uganda at the front desk was extremely courteous and made the check-in process fun. Adil at the breakfast place was super quick with his service and made sure we were well taken care of.

Adil at the restaurant was very helpful and helped get our food hot and perfect. His service was impeccable, warm and friendly and he made sure we were well taken care of every time we came in for breakfast. The Ugandan receptionist was also extremely well-mannered

Fraser Suites Hotel has the best relation price-quality. Very nice personal. Rooms are big and very luminous. Close to Sultan Qabus Grand Mosque and Muscat Grand Mall. We will come back next time we visit Miscat.
