Don't look forward... This is the best deal for Muscat, an overrated city if you stick to luxury hotels. This is the perfect place to stay. Nice house, very warm welcome by the owners, location right on the (public) beach, quite district far from the city noise. The only thing to mentioned is that you will definitly need a car...

Sofia and her husband were exceptional hosts and the accommodation was lovely!! The location is also pretty good (right across the road from the beach and the most amazing grill in the evenings in the car park). Sofia is a wealth of information on Muscat and has some fantastic recommendations. The breakfast is also very lovely and can be taken...

We stayed at l'Espace for twelve days having had to make hasty rearrangements of a holiday in Libya. I cannot speak highly enough of any part of it ! Sofia and Moez are not only delightful and thoughtful hosts, they went way beyond normal expectations in their care and advice and made us feel almost part of the family. The...

Really nice hotel. We had big room beautifully decorated, as was the whole house. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfasts were cooked fresh and served on the balcony overlooking the sea. We took advice from the owners and tried the food freshly cooked every night at the carpark on the corner, excellent cheap and very, very tasty. The...

We recently stayed at L'Espace while in Muscat, which was the last leg of our Middle East adventure. What a fabulous end to an already great vacation. L'Espace is a gorgeous B&B filled with personal touches. We had two rooms in the villa, and both were beautifully decorated, very comfortable and a much more inviting than any generic hotel. Every...

Two friends and I had a super four-day holiday at the beautiful L’Espace Bed and Breakfast in Oman during Kuwait’s Liberation and National Day holidays! The accommodations were perfect: beds comfortable; decor, beautiful; breakfasts, delicious – a true home away from home. This is a jewel of a place to stay: relaxing and elegant with terrific views of the gulf....

I stayed at this B&B for one night on my way from Salalah to Doha. The place is nice:a beautiful house, really tastefully decorated and spacious. It is in a lovely, clean neighbourhood, across from the beach.. There are beautiful paths to walk along the beach, leading to a nice park where lots of Omanis come with their families and...

We stayed here as a party of 5 for two days. The villa itself was remarkable! The view of the beach was wonderful, the hospitality was top notch and the breakfasts were lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

L'espace is a gem, Sofia and Moez perfect hosts! From the moment we walked into the magnificent hall of this stylish little palace everything was perfect. We had felt quite stressed from the Muscat traffic but this quickly faded as we sat on the beautiful floor cushions on the roof terrace, listening to the ocean and watching the sun go...

L'Espace is a fantastic bed and breakfast on the beach in Muscat. The location is very convenient and the views from the terrace on the top floor are breathtaking. Sophia and Moez are extremely courteous and helpful. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Muscat, definitely check this place out!

“about a .75km down the street is some sort of factory, we were told it was a soap factory-it looks more like a desalination plant. It generates a constant white-noise. It did not bother me at all. But be aware it is there.”

“Second floor means two floors around ground level and is a lot of stairs. You are close to the outdoor deck, but internet service was also more spotty.”
