i can't say its a budget hotel as with the same price you can get better places in the city, the room i got was extremly noisy with sound outside of people talking or dragging stuff. cleanlisness is not bad and room service is nice. this hotel has a good location in the middle of the city

we went for a weekend Trip. Hotel is next to Rotana in Al Khuwair...!! Nice and clean room with clean bathroom . Hotel is located in a place which is near to lot of eating joints. Also hotel staff was helpful and had an Inhouse restaurant. Good for an overnight business trip.

Al Khuwair is becoming very much like Al Barsha in Dubai. It is not the most beautiful area but it is a very convenient district with a mix of budget hotels and family apartments as well as more expensive hotels like City Seasons. What is nice is that it is pretty much in the center of Muscat near to both... More

As it was a business trip, what was required was bed and breakfast and a clean toilet. That was provided. Quite clean with minimal supplies. Complimentary water of half litre is provided only on first day (arrival) and not on all days. No tea or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast and food is tasty and good value for money.... More

Stayed over during a sudden trip for few meetings. This is a bed and breakfast accommodation, suitable exactly for that purpose. The room is reasonably clean and has bare necessities. AC works! There are many eateries around. The location is just off the main road from the airport to the business district. The staff are a friendly bunch and the... More

This budget hotel is located at Al Khuwair area. Midway between the airport and the Central business district at Ruwi. But at my appearance, this property looks less like a hotel and more like a moderate overpriced guest house. This hotel is definitely not a tourist destination, only suitable for business stops. But again if your business is at central... More

We (group of five friends) stayed in this hotel during our first and last days of our Oman trip. We arrived to Muscat very early in the morning and were allowed to checked-in earlier than usual (between 9-10 without additonal charge). Staff was very helpful, rooms were large enough. There are malls and restaurants nearby and airport is easily to... More

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for one night initially. I was quite pleased with the last minute booking as I only booked it only 2 days before. The hotel is a good transit hotel. Facilities were okay. The only problem I had was the air con which was a bit too noisy. Other than that, the location... More

Hotels in Muscat can be quite expensive, so I was happy to find this reasonably priced hotel for 3 nights, located between the airport and the main part of Muscat, what means that exploring the city is only possible by taxi or local transportation. My hotel room on 3rd floor on the main road side with view of the Al-Zawawi... More
