Beautiful hotel. Rooms neat. Pool has algae green rim above water line. Breakfast is typical bread and cheese. Good luck if Glutten intolerant. A/C is awful. So you open a window? Welcome bugs into room trying to cool down. Location is across river from town. There is a pool close by that is neat but like hotel, they close pools...

It was very hot and we arrived tired and thirsty. Speedy delivery of beer placed by the pool for us by super serviceman Ricardo! Lovely start to a wonderful stay. Being able to eat breakfast outside in a beautiful garden is exactly how we wanted to start our day.

This lovely hotel is well situated approximately ten minutes walk from the town centre. The grounds are nicely landscaped and there is a swimming pool with loungers and parasols. Our room was beautiful (we had a junior suite) with an enormous marble bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable and the room very well appointed. Excellent breakfast and the staff...

The location of this hotel is good, in a quiet wooded neighbourhood just five minutes drive outside the city centre. The building is a charming villa with free parking across a quiet lane. We had booked a Junior Suite which was a huge room with a seating area but the placement of furniture was a bit bizarre and made the...

The location and facilities are nice, but my stay was in cold November, so the garden, pool and general nice landscaping environment did not impact my stay. Everything is solid classic Italian, the food always with a pasta dish included. Wine is good and affordable, and always plenty of good drinking water. There is a 15 minutes walk to central...

spent 4 nights in october 2015 - near enough to the town centre to build an appetite/burn off the considerable calories, but far enough away to be incredibly peaceful. Large, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and excellent ayurvedic treatments (better than a lot I've had in India). Restaurant good value if a little lacking in atmosphere. Great property.

The hotel has potential, with plenty of space, a pool and some decent space to sit outside. But it has a dated feel in terms of the unimaginative, dated (in style) decor, it needs a sharp eyed review by its (family?) owners. There are some strange musty rooms below the ground floor, though that is not a problem as you...

Spent a night here on the way to the beach and wish we could have stayed longer! Friendly and helpful staff who speak English, lovely pool and food. The rooms were clean and big. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a few days of relaxation.

Set in the hills above Genoa, this pleasant hotel is peaceful. We had a large room and bathroom (not luxurious but comfortable) and enjoyed the lovely jacuzzi, refreshing pool and good massages. Dinner and local wine were very good and breakfast plentiful and excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

We have spent three fabulous days/nights at Roma Imperiale and can only rave about the staff, service, room, cleanliness, restaurant, calm, beauty of the villa, grounds and pool and the total experience of feeling truly welcome, pampered and petted, even though I don't speak a word of Italian, sign language welcome here! The food from breakfast, lunch and dinner is...
