This is the most perfect hotel. Perched up on the hill above Arezzo with wide views this beautifully appointed hotel provided us with a very special and relaxing two night stay during a France/Italy road trip. The charming staff provided the most attentive and friendly service. Our room was extreme comfortable. Lunch and dinner were delicious. We were even lucky enough to be able to enjoy some warm October sunshine by the pool. To be highly recommended.

Awesome estate and peaceful grounds for our honeymoon. The staff was amazing, attentive and very friendly. The front desk team and Davide were very helpful in organising any trips or bookings, Mario was amazing at the wine tasting and restaurant - and the whole team complimented this lovely stay wonderfully.

Everything about this place is beautiful...the garden, the view, the pool, the room, the food. Absolutely loved it, this is one of those hotels where the reality is better than the pictures....Amazing get-away with super friendly staff !

Our stay at Badia di Pomio was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to the exceptional hospitality of the front of house staff. Mario, our enthusiastic and attentive waiter, ensured every meal was a delightful experience. Rosa's warmth and infectious smile made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Francesca, Davide, Antonio, and Lorenzo, the front of house team, were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay, attending to our needs with grace and efficiency. The culinary delights prepared by the talented chefs were exquisite, and each dish was a true work of art. The pool and gardens added to the charm of this enchanting retreat, providing a serene escape amidst nature's beauty. In conclusion, our time at Badia di Pomio exceeded all expectations. The grounds are beautiful and the room is luxurious. Lovely pool. Our greatest disappointment was the breakfast - having to pay for almost everything (the free breakfast was very limited) was surprising given the price range of this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Badia di Pomaio for 2 nights prior to a Backroads trip that left from Arezzo. The hotel and grounds are absolutely exquisite. The service was outstanding; we felt very taken care of. The breakfast overlooking the grounds was delicious and served with elegance and warmth. The room was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved our visit! We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one night! Delicious and worth the visit!!

The experience in staying at Badia Di Pomaio does not fit in the traditional rating scales of Trip Advisor. So much thought, care and positive energy has been poured into designing the visitor journey. The architectural design and interiors are one of a kind and belong to industry magazines for others to admire and get inspiration from. The staff is incredibly well attuned to the visitors coming through and carry the character of high degree of professionalism, hospitality and excellence. Great place to unwind, connect with the magical nature of Tuscany and experience something quite out of the ordinary.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! it is one of those places that you want to keep for yourself but also want the whole world to know about it! This hotel is stunning! And the staff is very attentive! Attention to detail is incredible and we cannot wait to visit again. We had two nights the tasting menu at the restaurant and it was incredible!

Best restaurant in the area! Mauro is fabulous the chefs are particularly talented! The food wine and location was amazing! This hotel is so sweet and such beautiful views! You must dine here you cannot go wrong! I can’t wait to come back just to eat!

We climbed up into the hills above Arezzo with great expectations and we were not disappointed. The hotel provides a stunning location up above Arezzo. We stayed in the one of there junior suites which was extremely comfortable and very spacious. The staff could not do enough to help you and the one slight hiccup we encountered was quickly dealt with by the excellent staff. If you are looking for a quiet luxury hotel away from the madding crowed but near enough to explore Tuscany then this is the place.
