What a beautiful small hotel in the most beautiful city of Ascoli Piceno. My family is from this area, and we needed a hotel that was centrally located for family visits. I discovered the hotel on Trip Advisor, and booked based on reviews. From the time I booked until the time my husband and I left we were delighted with...

Stayed three days here and enjoyed it immensely. If you come here by car, follow the signs for the centro and Parking Torricelli, which is nearby the hotel. Nice room with great bathroom-good breakfast, helpful staff- drove us and our luggage back to our parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and well kept hotel in the heart of the city. Our three person room was nice and big enough. Before our visit I asked driving directions and it was easy to find the covered car park about 350 m away. I advise that you drive direct to the car park and walk to the hotel with your luggage....

Owners and staff are kind, warm, extremely helpful. They went above and beyond for us. Our room was gorgeous, meticulously clean, with a fine view, a large, comfortable bed, and all the amenities. The hotel lobby is inviting and comfortable. Breakfast is generous. The hotel location is ideal: in the heart of the city. We loved staying here. Criticism? Only...

Very fine hotel with a very friendly staff. Only short coming of this facility was that I was not able to access wifi in my room, had to come to lobby or the stair well to do so. Breakfast was diverse and well attended to. Our room was great and was kept very clean. Would definitely stay again!

We had a bit of difficulty finding this place by car as Ascoli has on of the strangest one way systems I've every come across, after a quick phone call to the hotel, we were given exact details where to park. From there it was a 250 meter walk to the hotel. The hotel its self is just a few...

If it takes you two minutes to reach the main spots of daily and nightlife in town you expect a noisy place but here it's quite and the staff of the hotel makes you feel like the owner of this old palazzo in a tiny sidestreet. And there's the only big issue - getting there by car or even parking...

Good value, quite smart hotel in a fabulous location in the centre of this lovely town. Hotel is on a small street off the cathedral square and just a few metres away from Piazza del Popolo. Our family room was spacious, with super comfortable king-sized bed. Seemed very good value at 89 euros for two adults, two babies and a...

Perfect location, freshly and nicely refurbished, properly starred (3), reasonably priced. The owner was very helpful making his own private garage available for our 2 motorbikes. Just a minor criticism: TV set requires an expert to be activated
