We originally saw the property on bookings.com, however there was a problem with the payment and the property suggested we cancel the bookings booking and go direct! Room 13 was shocking, honestly, it shouldn’t even be offered! Terrible!

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel. We stayed in a two bed apartment in arca. It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and was very clean. The view from our balcony was amazing. Looking at the lake and the lush green hills. Absolutely beautiful sunsets every evening. The pool area was immaculate with plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant was lovely with really delicious Italian food. Was about a 20 minute walk to bardolino centre or Garda centre which usually would be absolutely fine for us. However it was extremely hot (35degrees) when we visited and made it exhausting climbing back up the hill to the hotel and had to cross a very busy road. Overall though this place is beautiful and would definitely recommend visiting Bardolino or Garda. The staff at the hotel were all very polite and really helpful. The man at reception also booked our trip to Venice which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a very pleasant one.…

Apartment was clean however, you have to leave the place clean on departure or else will be charged 50 euros on departure. The place was nice and quite however a car is a must since it is far from the city center. The price was reasonable and there is also a nice place for breakfast (although not cheap) The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Located about a 12 - 15 min walk from the nearest bus stop in Bardolino so adviseable to have a car if staying here. We made a mistake with the booking and reserved a Ca'Mure apartment - these are further up the hill; very basic and dark with no balcony or view anywhere. Bitterly disappointing ; the lovely lady at Reception managed to upgrade (we did pay the extra) to Belvedere which was smaller but much nicer. For the last evening we stayed in Arca which is fabulous. So check carefully what the apartment you are booking offers as they all differ. Outwith that, the location is lovely, the pool really large and clean (though quite cold) and the staff excellent. We had a power issue ; phoned the contact number as reception was closed and the maintenance man was out very quickly to sort it. No shop in the premises though they'll order bread for you. The nearest shop is a walk downhill to the camp site or as we did, a walk into Bardolino to the large and excellent Spar then a taxi back for 10 euros. A very peaceful location. …

Stayed in comfort terrace for 2/3 with a friend. Staff at reception where very helpful and friendly. Pool is so clean and ideal for a swim or relaxing time around it with bar/ restaurant beside it . Loved the surroundings, close to nature, grounds are beautiful. Apartment was nice but not suitable for anyone with walking problems, stairs to bed steep, terrace was lovely for sitting out to relax. Nice to be left a bottle of local wine and did get food from campsite across on main road and made a meal. Otherwise , is a 20 minute walk to bardolino centre and at night , need a torch walking home for a stretch of the pavement beside main road. In all, was relaxing, lots to do, hired bikes, food and wine delicious. Lake is beautiful and boat is a lovely way to get from one town to another. Was a lovely holiday and trip to Dolomites amazing…

Beautiful place in seren surroundings. Idealic. Staff lovely and very welcoming. Pool area is fabulous. Will be back soon. Have recommended to friends who arrive next week. Hopeful that they will find the same on their 1st visit. Bring a torch for the walk back.

Pool area was really nice with great view of the lake. Location good but still fair walk to Bardolino and Garda. Lake about 10mins walk and steep. Reception ok but not overly polite! We paid extra for full lake view but our terrace was side on to the apartment and only had partial view at best. Apartment was also 1980's decor and basic at best. Expectation of how to leave the apartment at end of week was unclear and suggested that you may not receive your deposit back if it were not left, 'as you found it'. No cleaning products left however so had to buy our own. Simple extras would have been useful such as salt+pepper, token washing up liquid etc...

Amazing location, with a great view of the lake. The villas' are very high quality, with small terraces accompanied by shade umbrellas. The perfect amount of space, and all the necessities such as cookware are supplied also. The pool is overlooks the lake perfectly, as to enjoy the sunset over the opposite side of the lake every night. Food was amazing as well , with a nice range of choices. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and their English was almost better then mine. I didn't have a trip advisor account but this trip made me make one for this review. It is now our third year at this appartment - and it gets better and better for every year! The staff are so friendly, especially in the restaurant/bar. They’re chatty, have great humour, always smiling and really care for their visitors! If you need anything, you can ask them - and if you need some activities they’ll find you some. To sum up: GREAT holiday for another year, and we will definitely be back next year🇮🇹🇩🇰 Best regards from Denmark and the Santa Claus look-a-like

This Apartment location was in fact a 50 minute walk to the Town not 15 minutes as stated. Bikes were available but we did not want that type of holiday. The views were indeed brilliant, but the pool was freezing, no one would swim in it which was a pity as it was a good size.We arrived to find our beds unmade with just the sheets in a pile for us to do our selfs as there was no maid service at all. All cleaning was down to us every day. One speck of food left on the floor & we were invaded by ants & cockroaches. There was no small market to get any provisions in the complex. . the nearest was on a camping site about 15 minutes away the other side of a busy road. The long walk to Bardolino was dangerous due to the very busy road . We found a path at the side of the camping site which we had to use instead of the road, but it too was dangerous due to all the holes in the ground, also dog dirt. The Taxi would have cost a fortune going back & forth every day. This would not be a good place for anyone disabled or old due to the Apartments distance from " the life ". We would not come here again.…

Dear Mister Peter Thank you for your detailed feedback, which is very useful for us if we want to improve our services. We would like to point out, however, that the features of the structure are well described on all relevant webpages. We understand, that it is not always easy without a car due to the distance to the centre and supermarket, but it is all well indicated exactly in order to avoid misunderstandings and bad surprises. As for the floor, you could have informed the reception and the staff would have cleaned immediately. Referring to the unmade beds, we are not a hotel with hotel service but an apartment complex. We apologize if you hadn't been aware of it before your arrival. We hope that you still liked Lake Garda and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Our best regards
