we stayed (with my wife) in the last week of July at this hotel for the first time (in recent years I have often been to Bormio, loving bicycle rides). Hotel in a very quiet area, the rooms are not very large but beautiful and very well insulated (you can't hear any noise from outside or from other rooms). They have a room where you can store your bike in complete tranquility, a nice relaxation area with round bath, sauna, Kneipp path and hydromassage which can be accessed every day from 4.30pm. Good food but slightly "disappointing" (probably having read other reviews and what the very kind Marco said), I expected to eat better (honestly in other restaurants in the area I have eaten better for my needs. The only negative note is the feeling that there are series A and series B customers for the owner?!? (at least I think he was since he wandered around the tables every evening talking to the various customers, but I can't be sure since he never spent 7 days with us). The hotel is in a strategic position for the ski lifts, as well as convenient to the center within walking distance. Hotel located in front of the cable car to Bormio 3000 in a quiet area about 10 minutes walk from the center of Bormio with large parking and covered garage if necessary. Recently renovated with lots of wood. We had a nice large room on the first floor with a spacious bathroom and a nice balcony. Breakfast with a choice of both savory and sweet. Good dinner with buffet of appetizers and salads; choice of first and second courses (also vegetarian); brought in my opinion even abundant. Wine list focused on local wines. Kind owners and staff. The only note I can make is that, in my opinion, something particularly tasty was missing from the weekly menu and that the plating sometimes left something to be desired.

A very good choice in Bormio in terms of location and hospitality.
The hotel has also been beautifully renovated and you can reach the mountain station in 2 minutes on foot.
The only thing that detracts from the rating is the small but beautifully renovated spa area. Perhaps the opening times could be extended, at least in winter.

We stayed as a family in July 2024 for a Bormio stop on our trip. Structure recently renovated, cozy, clean in good location in front of the lift (which aimedé was under maintenance during our stay and reopened at NS departure). The village of Bormio is accessible with a short walk from the property. The spa of the facility was under maintenance (pity but we had been properly warned). We chose breakfast and dinner service (good and well presented). If I had to suggest something to the structure: more proposition of activities to be carried out in the surroundings, proposition of discounts to the surrounding spa, greater presence at the reception of guests that happens at the moment in a somewhat flat.

Newly renovated hotel, spacious, spotlessly clean rooms, furnished with taste and attention to detail, in a modern Alpine style. Welcoming common spaces, the owners and all the very kind staff, small spa but excellent for a sauna or Turkish bath after a day of skiing. Breakfast with excellent local products. We didn't take advantage of the dinner to discover typical Bormio restaurants, but I know that once a week they offer a Valtellina evening.
