We did not feel welcomed and treated warm . The young boy of the family working at the reception was most of the time rude and quite ironic for our normal request. Bad service at the dinner time, we waited too much for the food. Poor quality of breakfast a very few options. For the dinner antipasti buffet you should have been arrived sharp in time, otherwise in 10 minutes just a few leaves left, The wi-fi impossible to use either during the day or evening, even room or hotel lobby. I would never come back since hospitality means to meet people treating you with respect and joy, the owners were too cold for us and quite focused on doing money.

How can it be, that the buffet is emty each day 5 minuts after it Open and without any posibility to fill it up. Totally stressfull waiters with no interest in the service. We have visit the hotel 3 times, but this year it has turned into a bad experiance.

Ski-in ski-out hotel restaurant in the Dolomiti slopes. Really good food, great service and an unbelievably good winelist. Fantastic selection of not only Italian wines, but also others. Only 100 metres from one of the large gondolas taking you up to the mountain top. In- and outdoor seating.

Thank you so much for the welcome we received during our six-day holiday in July 2018. We very much enjoy our dinners in the restaurant and local wines recommended from the excellent hotel cellar, And of course the fabulous views from the balcony outside of our rooms. My daughter was unfortunate enough to suffer too much sun one day and the hotel kindly served a dinner in her room. Earlier in the week we had a mishap walking on the mountain, had to call mountain rescue, and ended up at the hospital 50 km away in Cavalese. The restaurant was kind enough to save us a late dinner and thus save the day! Bravo and thank you to all the staff and management at Hotel Bellavista.

Beautiful hotel positioned on the edge of the mountain with amazing Vista. Food outstanding. Rooms comfortable and beautiful and clean. Cleaned every day. Staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast a little sparse and the room could benefit from tea and coffee making facilities But on the whole more than worth a visit. X

A very pleasant place to stay in the midst of wonderful mountains, breathing an amazingly pure air and eating a very good pizza. The waiters are really kind and professional and they won't hesitate to give you suggestions about the food and also the pathways to go to enjoy these beautiful landscapes. You can also get there with the cableway from Canazei. It's worth a visit.

We stayed with our large family in this hotel. The location is wonderful. Spectacular views from the room and from the restaurant. Both the room and the food was wonderful. And we were welcome with so many children. Very nice staff. I would really advice this place for a stay in this wonderful place. We will come back.

Great hotel! We found a room without booking upfront in August. The hotel has beautiful rooms with mountain views and a big veranda. The personnel is extremely nice. Food is very good. When we returned the next day we had the same great experience, and felt welcomed.

Great for ski vacations. The view from the windows is stunning - mountains, cliffs, forrest. And the location is just perfect - 50 meters from the lift and the slope! Rooms, furniture, reception desk, bar and both restaurants look very neat, clean and fresh as if brand new. All services are good especially in the restaurant.
