I wanted to take the time to write a review for this lovely hotel. We have just spent a week here and were looked after very well. The family were very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and simple. The food is amazing!!! There are four courses every night, including a pasta course! The breakfast is excellent. So much choice. There is tea/coffee and cakes when you come off the slopes. The spa is great. The kids loved the pool which they could access until 6 pm. The steam room/ sauna was super. There is a shuttle bus every morning to the lift and back again after skiing. The driver was very helpful. The skiing in the Dolomites was very good. It is definitely an area for intermediates. There are very little blue slopes. Some of the red slopes were quite tough! But also some were very peasant too! There is lots to do regarding skiing. You can take two different routes round the Sella Ronda. There are also several areas to ski. We also did the Marmalada. Very high up!!! Very glad we came.

Stayed here for a week during a ski trip and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. All the staff that I encountered were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Meals were well prepared and tasty as well. There was also free coffee and biscuits waiting at the bar area every day after skiing which was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. The hotel has boot and ski drying room as you would expect and they also have a lovely spa area with sauna, steam room and a massive jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to stay here again sometime in the future.

We spent a week in Canzei mainly for skiing. This hotel located at the entrance of Canazei offers quite large room well equipped and with balcony, various sauna and little salt jacuzzi pool. Nice staff and very fresh and clean. We had room with breakfast but it was unpleasant every morning to look for waiter to grant us a table as all tables were labeled with guest names. It has limited breakfast capacity and some of guests like us are unhappy. Today my husband left without having breakfast because we did not find waiter ( he was busy with other tasks) to grant a table. It was not a good start of day....

Best hotel, it is comftorble and is a family hotel (good for a big family as I have). The serves is perfect and after a day of skiing, the wellness is welcome so perfect I will just go down with the elevator and relax. If you are in the winter seson and you are skiing ie snowboarding or just walking or somthing like that it is perfect because they have a shuttle bus and they will bring you to the elevator✨⛷. They have also nice food, and the staff is friendly and helpful briefly summarized, Very good hotel

A group of 7 of us stayed here at the beginning of March this year on a skiing holiday. The Hotel was comfortable and welcoming, with a very nice spa to relax after a long day skiing. The Hotel minibus shuttle takes you directly to the ski lift and the driver could not be more helpful. Most of the staff spoke little English, a surprise in these days, however, we rather enjoyed the back and forth of the conversations. The rooms were comfortable and of reasonable size, no problems there. One thing which did disappoint was the food, especially for a region famed for it's wonderful cooking. The breakfast was adequate, enough to start the day's adventures, however, the evening meals left a lot to be desired. The format is the usual - choices made from the menu the night before, but some of the descriptions of the meals left a bit of translation and hope rather than anticipation. We did rather get the feeling that the meals for our Inghams ski holiday group were somewhat inferior to those being served to other guests , perhaps from an a la carte menu. The meals were bland , lacking any seasoning and in respect of a gastronomic heartland quite poor. One dish in particular stuck in my mind as being almost comedy in it's quality - A soup described as "pasta soup" , which conjures up a mental image of a warming minestrone , spicy and delicious. Unfortunately, on it's arrival I was faced with something which appeared (and tasted) to be nothing more than the water poured off from a bowl of cooked pasta, with a few small pieces of pasta lurking at the bottom of the bowl. Completely tasteless, no salt, no pepper, nothing. Ghastly. I'm afraid there was little to recommend the food, and had I not paid for it in the half-board price I'm certain I'd have been eating in any of the local restaurants and bars which seemed to be very reasonably priced in comparison to other ski resorts. In conclusion, good hotel, lovely staff, but you'll not have to worry about putting weight on .

Never been to thew Dolomites ski area before and went with four friends on an Inghams holiday last week. Very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff and a spacious room with good facilities. Ski area was very good and the facilities far better than I have seen in either France or Austria. Shuttle bus to take you to the lifts. Food was excellent and varied with friendly helpful staff - much better then I have experienced on other countries on similar packages. Prices of food etc on the slopes lower. All lifts very high quality and no T-bars or Pomma lifts! Would definitely recommend to those (like me) who have never bothered to go to the Dolomites before.

I spent one beautiful week at this nice hotel. It's clean, well-maintained and eating is good. The hotel is well located in the village and is equipped with indoor parking. It also features a small SPA, open in the afternoon that is always very enjoyable after the long hikes.

The Piccolo is a great hotel, with friendly welcoming staff. Our room was large and very comfortable with a nice bathroom with a seemingly unlimited supply of very hot water which is essential on a ski holiday. The hotel bar was comfortable and well stocked and the service and food in the restaurant was excellent. I am a vegetarian and they catered very well for me (the waiter, Angelo, checked every plate as he delivered it to make sure I was getting the right meal). Breakfast was the usual buffet affair with a nice selection, certainly enough choice to fill up for a day on the slopes. There is a shuttle bus service from the hotel to the main cable car and we never had to wait more than a few minutes at either end before it arrived. In the evening we often walked into town which only took about 10-15 minutes. A great hotel, in a nice quiet location but with easy access to all that you would need.
