Booked a one night stay in this hotel on our way south. The hotel is enclosed by other buildings. The entrance is safeguarded by a high fence which is further equipped with video surveillance. There is a private parking under the building. We felt quite safe to leave our car there. The staff was very accomodating. The hotel seems renovated,... More

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite substantial. The staff were friendly. We were able to walk to the Royal Palace of Caserta with no problem and a great pizzeria for dinner. There is a very nice restaurant here too.

I visited Villa Maria Cristina with my friend in August and did not have a good experience. The hotel is visually pleasing but the service is terrible. Our drinks took over an hour to arrive and we were the only guests using the pool. We then proceeded to order food and had to wait over two hours. The demeanor/attitude of... More

My first visit to this finely put together establishment, was exemplary. This latest visit, was anything but. I can't fault the decor, the hotel itself nor the swimming pool, because they are very beautiful, I'm shocked at the atrocious service which has changed so much in the months since I last visited. When I asked if I could have family... More

We chose to split our family holiday between Caserta and Sorrento, mainly so we could use Caserta as our base to visit Cassino and visit family. We had two large rooms and because my daughter was sharing with a friend we were given interconnecting rooms. The staff were always available and incredibly friendly, the rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday,... More

What a lovely stay with friendly staff, excellent facilities and a modern, clean style to the rooms and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was expansive, providing delicious food, as well as good quality pastries. The pool was refreshing and clean as well as the well managed and spotless garden. Would definitely recommend this small, welcoming hotel.

This is a lovely oasis boutique hotel tucked away from the road. It's a short walk from the Caserta Train station and a short distance from the Caserta Palace. We enjoyed our 3 night stay, the food was fabulous, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the foul smell from our bathroom drain. I think the sewer smell... More

I couldn't fault the service, the rooms, the decor, the service, were flawless. Helpful staff who went out of their way to give us accurate information to the best places. Wifi was great too as well as in room amenities. Definitely will stay here again.

We found it fairly easily, parked in the deck adjacent, & were greeted by a lovely & helpful staff. She helped us find something local we were looking for & was very nice. The room was a nice size, with a main room & a bedroom. The shower floor was slippery. The bed was comfortable. Dinner was great & the... More
