Absolutely awful booking system, made reservation in September to be told today (after much chasing) that the campsite was full. Ferry crossings etc. Booked - we now need to find another site. Very unhappy indeed

Very good but expensive. We really liked that so many people cycled and walked on the site rather than drove cars - it seemed very safe for children. The site mainly had Italians and Germans staying there with some Dutch and a few British and Irish. Included in our package were the "animation" team which organise fun things for children... More

Having not camped abroad since a child ( 1982) and having done several cruises with four children, expectations were low. R I was impressed with camp security and cleanliness especially on ' Marina Di Venezia' side - HUGE TIP!! Book direct and get central deluxe chalet..... Seems all tour operators are on outskirts????- Think Longleat CentreParcs without land train! Never... More

This was the fourth time we were spending our family holidays in Camping marina di Venezia. I can totally recommend it. We travel with a tent and don't reserve a place - the area available for reservation and the term of reservation does not fit us. Travelling with a tent or camper without reservation makes it more flexible and you... More

Visit a Mobil home from al fresco. Intermediate Quality but fair enough. Campsite is great. Large beach with possibilities for land kiting. Pool very big with slides for bigger kids and also for the small ones. Great activities surfing scubba diving and great playgrounds. Good no cars allowed between 13.00 and 15.00 so kids can bike safely. Nice staff. Good... More

We stayed for 2 weeks in August with Selectcamp and had an fantastic holiday. The campsite is huge and lively with plenty of restaurants and bars and the supermarket is good and not too pricey - rare for a campsite - though the one opposite the entrance is a little cheaper (and keeps the price down on site I suspect).... We chose to visit Marina de Venezia for a few reasons The pool, the location (day trip to Venice) and the high rating through al fresco as we have used them before in Spain and believed we knew what we would be getting. I'd like to be super clear-the park is fantastic and thoroughly deserved its 5* rating (both my... More

We booked a week at Marina Di Venezia in the first week of August 2016 with Canvas Holidays after previously holidaying at Union Lido in 2010. We enjoyed our holiday in 2010 as it offered a mix of culture for my wife and I, being so close to Venice, and pools and beaches for the children, so it was interesting... More
