A wonderful month in a three bedroom mobile home at this truly stunning holiday park. We had visited once before in 2019 and as soon as we got home we booked for 2020 but alas could not get there until this year.

The facilities are great and many surprises occurred during our stay such as a night time market, a fresh fish stall and an olive oil stall to name but a few.

The facilities and activities for children are amongst the best we have ever seen including a kids club, a craft centre and both indoor and outdoor children's pools.

the staff are very helpful as well as friendly and despite long shifts are always smiling.

Sadly there are a few downsides! Firstly the old chestnut of sun loungers round the pool! One person might come with several towels (The maximum I saw was 10!) and reserve several sun loungers and then disappear and not be seen again for several hours. My wife and I would get to the pool for 9am when it opened and by 9.10am every sun bed was reserved even though there was actually hardly anyone actually using them or in the pool. The site should really introduce some sort of system to stop this such as "One man, one towel, one bed" as it is really annoying and upsets a lot of people.

Still on the subject of sun loungers, you can hire one, both at the pool and at the beach, but these cost 30Euros a day at the pool and even more at the beach! Quite rightly most people considered these prices far too high and consequently around 90-95% of the beds lay empty all day! Surely it would make sense to reduce the prices considerably so that more beds were hired. This would please the guests as well as generate a higher income for the site.

The final thing is that the site allows the use of electric scooters. These travel at speed of up to 20 miles per hour and are a real danger to other guests especially young children. I think it is fine for them to be used on public roads but they should be banned from the campsite altogether. The same could be said of some of the cars travelling around the site but perhaps the introduction of some speed ramps would slow them down a bit!

Dear Tony, thank you very much for your review and beautiful words. The appreciation of our guests is our best satisfaction. We are thrilled to know that as soon as you had the chance, you came back to visit us and enjoyed your stay with us again. We are also pleased that you highlighted the professionalism and friendliness of our staff, which has always been one of the hallmarks of Garden Paradiso. The sunbeds in the pool are free of charge until they are sold out and our rules are very clear, you cannot keep them occupied with towels and/or any other object if you are not physically present in the pool and we make sure that this rule is respected with signs and announcements but we must also trust in the good sense of our beloved Guests. In order to guarantee a place for everyone, in addition to the free ones, this year we have increased the pool area by adding two paid areas. We hope to see you again as soon as possible, we look forward to seeing you with open arms! Kind regards, Camping Village Garden Paradiso & Feeling Spa

This is our second year at Garden Paradiso. We loved it last year, but didn't make it to Verona or Bologna, so we have returned. There are plenty of other sites along the coast, however it was so friendly, well equipped with good take-away, restaurants and shops that we wanted to come back. It has brilliant links via bus, boat and train to Venice, Bologna and Verona, so if you like the idea of travelling around, this site is perfectly located. The reception staff are really helpful in providing or directing to how and where to book. The bus timetables for the two local bus routes are on the Garden Paradiso website. The route that runs directly past Garden Paradiso with stops directly outside is route 5/. The Beach Bar is fabulous. The staff are super kind and friendly. Stefania has served us numerous times with her happy, smiling nature, we loved to see her everytime. She is a credit to the park. The outlook of the bar is gorgeous too, looking out over the beach to the water. The food both in the restaurant and takeaway is very good. We loved the salmon with veg and salad and of course the pizza! The pool bar is fab too. The burgers and club sandwiches are delicious, not to mention the coffee, cocktails and affogato! We recommend getting icecream from the independent icecream shop on site. It's just personal taste but we think it's great!! We love that you can hire peddaloes and other equipment on the beach. Honestly, you won't be disappointed to come here. I know people say it is very German but in our experience, if you say hello and make conversation, they always have a good natter with you. We never want to leave and this year is no exception.

Service for guests becoming worse every year. ( last 3 years) Now only issue of money which they transfer everywhere. It was cosy and nice 5 years ago.
New houses are build on the minimum distance from each other, to build more and more. before, there was minimum comfort distance.
A lot of Sunbeds are taken away more than week before the end of the season and not enough for people, who stay and watching free sunbeds snd umbelsts Its the end of the season, but there are still a lot of people, why they take them away, and people have to come at 8 in the morning to reserve them!
The system of payment is crasy now. Before each day was at the same price, and you knew it in advance. Now , everyday has different price but you have only total price witch can be different even at the end of the season when a lot of free houses appeared, but jt happens that the price is higher during the week . Receptionists also do not know why it happens explaining that computer
Gave such price
In the low season the camp always had free bikesfor some hours, and tennis courts was also fee for some hours , now no because the private company which is not belonged to the camp rented all sport activity places and you need to pay for all which was free before.
You can not swim in the pool at midday time/ From 13 till 15/ as there is not enough stuff and it is closed!!! But it is the only period when you can quitely swim wihout children jumping to the pool ! Now you don’t have this opportunity! Its because the lowered number of employees, which is good for the company, but the price for guests is not lowered!
The cleaning before was not obligatory, you could have done it yourself and if you do not want to clean you can psy for clraning, Now you have to clean the house anyway, but you need to pay for cleaning, even if you stay 3 days!
Highly recommend to find out the campings around, which have the price lower, and are thinking of guests , not only about money. All new things which were changed during last 3 years were done in order to bring more profit for the owners but sometimes forgetting abt guests

Dear Elena, thank you for your review and for expressing your point of view. In low season the sunbeds at the pool and beach are completely free of charge and above all are sufficient to accommodate the guests in the village. During the break from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. swimming is always allowed in our pool, but only in the indoor pool and the small swimming pool. We hope you will still come back to visit us and may reconsider some assessments. A Cordial Greeting, Camping Village Garden Paradiso & Feeling Spa

Holiday with wife, my eldest and his girlfriend, flew from UK to Treviso and then taxi to site. 1st timers to this site but have been to this area many times before on holidays. Camp is really great from the off, very helpful in the reception (spoke English thankfully) and sowed us where our accommodation was with Eurocamp. As we walked over we met Billy the Eurocamp rep who showed us to our home for the holiday. The caravan was spotless, great size and very well presented and probably the best caravan we have ever stayed in on holiday in Italy tbh. Billy and Barbara our reps were fantastic as well, very helpful and gave us some tips for the area (i.e. different shops and restaurants) which we found were excellent.
The campsite itself we found to be fantastic, had everything you need and in easy walking distance from our caravan. The pool was good but the beach was incredible would highly recommend going on the beach.
Restaurant and bars were very friendly and priced well everything you really want from a holiday. Bus stop in the front of the site took you to either Jesolo or to Punto Sabbioni for the short ferry to Venice (do this if you can as well).
What I would recommend with the pool area is to make sure you book the beds with parasols as these go really quick however you can book for the whole time you’re there is you want but as I mentioned the beach is fantastic. Hope this helped.

Great site, great surroundings, great facilities, great staff, great pool area (main reason for our choise)….

But completely ridiculous rules in the pool area, nothing is allowed and life guards changes rules daily. No jumping, no balls, no playing with fountain sprayers, that would be heaven for all children, no water slides when below 120cm except for the baby pool. Areas perfectly suited for small children to learn to swim is mainly for adults so no jumping in or splashing water. All pool area is closed from 13:00-15:00 in the warmest hours, where you need it the most.

Dear Christian, thank you for your review. We are sorry you only gave us two stars despite the fact that you appreciated our campsite and the friendliness and professionalism of our staff, which have always been among the hallmarks of Garden Paradiso. In the swimming pool there are a few simple rules to be respected such as not playing ball or diving, this is for safety reasons but also so as not to cause any damage to other guests in the pool. Also for safety reasons, last year's new slides are accessible from 120 cm in height, and for the little ones there are outdoor slides in the children's pool and the spray park. The swimming pool, from 13:00 to 15:00, is open exclusively for the sunbathing area. This is to observe the hours of silence that are respected throughout the campsite in order to guarantee our beloved Guests a proper rest. Kind regards, Camping Village Garden Paradiso & Feeling Spa

everything is top notch, right from ordering, ongoing information about payment ect, the front at the reception, the shopping opportunities with own baker as well as butcher where the selection is not equal. The pool area is nicely divided into zones for one's own preferences and the beach itself is a chapter in itself. better campsite, staff are not found in Italy

Just returned from a week holiday at Garden Paradiso with my husband and two daughters. We booked with eurocamp and we had a great time! Barbara and Billy were fab reps advising us on various aspects and suggesting places that do gluten free food. The eurocamp hut was great, we could borrow beach equipment, take food people had left, borrow games etc, fab idea to save waste. The 3 bed azure lounge accommodation was clean, comfortable and the air con was well used in the 30 degree heat. We liked the various pools, restaurant and the themed nights on the roof terrace of the restaurant were great vibe! The private beach was also great as so close!

We did a day trip to Venice and bought an all day ticket €30 each which got us on the buses and water taxis.

We will hopefully return again someday!

We are a family with 2 boys (12 and 15) The positives. Reps Barbara and Billy were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Great site. Safe and plenty to do. Pool area clean and fun but closed between 1-3 pm, we were aware of this before we went so we just did other activities around these times. Shop also closed in the afternoons, but times seemed to change. Surrounding area beautiful. Site directly on to a fantastic beach. Few shops and restaurants nearby. We hired bikes to explore which was magical, also 15 min drive to the ferry port which takes you to Venice. The major negative for us was our accommodation. We booked through Eurocamp. We booked an Azure Vista. It was very cramped, but the worst thing was that each caravan was packed in so close to the next caravan it was intrusive and claustrophobic. The bathroom and separate toilet window open up onto your neighbours veranda. There was no space around us, the decking was surrounded by caravan walls, and the exterior of the caravans felt like prison blocks! They were clad with fireproof panels, I assume because they are so close to one another. Overall a great holiday but i wouldn’t book this accommodation again, and it’s put me off using Eurocamp in the future. The comparison picture for the accommodation we booked is so far from what we got, it’s laughable. Buyer beware!

Our campsite is in a great location and by hiring bikes you can immerse yourself in fantastic adventures such as cycling on the brand new bike path overhanging the lagoon to watch the sunset! We really enjoyed our time at Garden Paradiso. The campsite is well maintained and clean and the staff is very friendly in general. The trailer we booked was clean and spacious with four beds. The only thing I kinda didn't like was the fact that the trailer was not very well equipped. We went to the reception to ask for wine glasses. But instead of wine glasses they came and brought us water glasses, telling us you would only get proper wine glasses when you rent the expensive trailer. I felt a little bit let down on the service at the point. But all in all we had a good time and can recommend this place to anyone.
