Received a warm welcome. The room was spotless and exceptionel for the price with a nice balcony with a view over the hills. Breakfast with good coffee and homemade cakes. Especially the host family adds to the experience. Nice place for a night going from umbria to tuscany.

The hotel manager is extremely service minded. Helpful and everything about this hotel is above expectations compared to the cheap price. Room with aircondition which is mandatory when outside temparature is close to 40 degrees.

“Hotel is on major road, so ask for room not overlooking the Street, but rather on the back (and facing the beautiful Tuscan landscape).”
