We were dropped friends without reservations. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. A room on the third floor had an amazing view, let's say breathtaking view of the local dolomite mountains. We were lucky, easy walk to town of Cortina truly a gem of a place. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was excellent - very friendly and helpful. They kept our car and bags while we hiked for 4 days and also offered good advice for restaurants. The rooms were very nice and common areas beautiful. The bartender was very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices and excellent service.

Stayed here for three nights during our trip with national geographic. Location is fantastic, food was good, staff were helpful and service was good too. Good no-nonsense hotel in Cortina for those looking to spend a couple of days.

Handsome & impressive, well appointed hotel in a handy location. Incredible views, fine dining - both dinner and breakfast were had. The free wifi was better than average. Convenient secure garage storage for bikes.

The hotel is located in a very busy road. Abstain if you like a silent place to stay. Personal is very helpful. The decoration at the lounge room is very special. The rooms are large, in pretty boiserie, with a comfortable bathroom. Internet is free but almost absent. I had to work during my 4 days stay, I went from... More

The hotel Check out is 10.30. I politely asked to keep the room for half an hour more because of personal convenience and was denied so on the grounds they absolutely needed to clean the room before next customer. It is simple work management to start cleaning another room or two and continue by ours half an hour later. Instead,... More

We regret that it was not possible to satisfy your request to keep the room beyond the designated hours but only for a half an hour more. Anyway, alternatively we have proposed you to use an adequately equipped facility to change your clothes after 2 o’clock p.m. as per your original request. Should you change your mind and come back... More

The Frances Park is a family run hotel on the edge of the town centre. An easy walk into the pedestrian plaza but without the noise and congestion that some hotels there suffer. Rooms are comfortable and offer stunning views of the Dolomites. Staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant offers very reasonable meals and is inexpensive. There is plenty... More
