The Reception staff & the Owner are very friendly and helpful, the room very spacious and clean. It seemed to be host of the family ;-) From outside the hotel looks old (I think it is a historic hotel), but inside the rooms is modern furniture and curated. Just bad that at the reception the young waitress did not answer... More

We were staying in Cortina for a wedding and combined it with some skiing. The hotel was far better than I had expected and the location was ideal. I was travelling with my husband and two of my children with their partners. We all had lovely big rooms with enormous beds and bathrooms with a shower and a bath (bliss... More

We stayed at the Hotel Corona after staying at a different Hotel the night before and were very impressed with the room. We got a large room with 3 balconies (corner suite) which could have slept 4 people comfortably. The room was clean and very rustic, though well equipped. The pictures show a time when Cortina was less developed and... More

The hotel is centrally located with a 5 minutes walk into town. Ideally situated with absolutely beautiful views of the Alps. Staff were friendly, the General manager welcomed us as we checked in. Nice add on is that parking is free, but on a first come first serve, which is okay because everything is within walking distance.

The views from the rooms balcony are amazing and it is a very short walk from the centre. The rooms are very spacious. There are plenty of free, private hotel parking spaces. The breakfast was average, there could have been some warm dishes like eggs and bacon. However, we visited in the low-season with only few guests in the hotel... More

We thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our stay at Hotel Corona. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The great standard of the food was a big surprise. We loved the traditional warm atmosphere. The location is great at max 10 min walking distance from the centre of lively, charming Cortina. The skiing was super with a complimentary ski bus stop right... More

Family hotel located in central Cortina d Ampezzo. What a beautiful town! This is where you'll find super skiing alongside the charm of one of Italy's top resorts, frequented by the rich and famous, your head maybe turned by the fur coat, Maserati driving locals. You may then be surprised at staying in comfort just five minutes walk from the... More

Cortina D Ampezzo is so pretty that even an average stay would make you feel great ! But Hotel Corona - one of the oldest hotels of the town - has made it splendid for our family. I stayed with a kid of 3 years and my wife and mother in a Triple room facing the mountains. The room was... More

Very comfortable room. Nice big bath tub, beautiful views from all windows. Breakfast the best I had in Italy. I loved it all and would like to return. The staff was very helpful. The walk to town was very short. There is a bus stop very near the hotel.

We changed to this hotel on recommendation from where we staying in Tuscany. So glad we did, perfect location, lovely staff, and Stefano and Agastina the owners, were absolutely wonderful. We were treated like family, nothing was to much trouble, even when I left something in the room! Stefano dealt with it with no fuss, thanks Stefano, we will definitely... More
