We were given a suite with a small living area. The bathroom had a multi-function shower which was just what we needed after a long hike. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, as was the very knowledgable Maitre D'. Unfortunately the waitress, who did not speak English, insisted on explaining dishes to us in Italian, knowing... More

The room is simply awful. Located under the roof, I don't think I have ever seen a room this bad anywhere in the world. Looks, feels and smells like the day the hotel was built which was probably 100 years ago. The room is not even good to be used as a storage room so it amazes me that they... More

We were two couples, in adjacent "standard double" rooms on the first floor. While hotel facilities, location, public areas and restaurants (breakfast) are nice and pleasing, both rooms were terrible: extremely tiny, double beds were anything between 1.40 - 1.45 meters in width (the smallest I have been in A hotel In my over 40 years of travelling), and there... I like this hotel very much. I like position, certain charm, motorcycles exponation.. They have a great garage for notorcycles. I don't like almost useless wifi, especially on the floors, and I don't like very poor lights in the room. Some first gen, LED or simmilar lights create poor, blury ligtning.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst on mountain biking tour, and it fitted bill nicely. Lockable bike shed in basement, and staff friendly, with comfy rooms. The food was fantastic, just great Italian grub with a twist. And very good value for what we paid in our package

The beetroot ravioli is excellent! We are here two nights in a row because the food was excellent and the service simply perfect. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be looking to book to return and stay here in the winter. We tried several other restaurants in Cortina and this was the best.

Arrived 26th March last week of ski season we booked with Inghams on a ski trip , myself with ski school and my partner as a intermediate / good skier . Good coach transfer and didn't seem anything like the 3 hours and we had a stop en route . Hotel arrival easy and we were told there was a... More

This is a charming old fashioned hotel full of interesting objects and decoration. It has a lovely 'family' feel to it. I was expecting a small room, but we got a suite with a separate room for my son and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, which we used every day (great after a day of skiing). The main... More

I was here 29 March and don't recognise the review from the "rosses81". Food was either good or excellent (and I am quite fussy), and ALL the staff without exception were excellent- helpful friendly and professional. I do have a couple of gripes on the hotel: the wifi is useless, almost never works, and the drains need sorting (it takes... More
