We arrived quite fraseled after getting lost! However, when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the innkeeper who assured us that everything would be ok. The man who worked for her, James from Ghana was helpful and very pleasant. He spoke perfect English. The reception area was like entering someone's living room, comfortable, clean and inviting. James... More

We arrived with automobile trouble. The manager immediately helped us for about 2 hours. (She didn't initially realize we had booked a reservation... she just started helping to solve our problem !!) Once solved...she had to find 2 strong men to help out.... we finally checked in. The hotel was perfectly clean. Amenities were as expected. Breakfast was good. She... More

Rosela and her family make you feel at home the moment you enter their property. The hotel is located next to the main square. Very quiet and convenient. Easy to park around the property. Plan to stay 2 nights .

Erice is beyond charming. It also can boast of being home to this unpretencious, genuine boutique hotel operated by a family who really cares. Our room featured a terrace with views across the maze of buildings comprising the ancient town. The room was comfortable, the breakfast modest, nothing fancy, but for the location and price, this is a gem. Plus,... More

Our flight into Palermo was one and half hours late and we were concerned about our very late arrival at the hotel. I contacted the hotel through Booking.com to advice that we wouldn't be arriving until around mid-night and received a prompt reply giving us peace of mind that they would wait up for us. Thank God, because we arrived... More

We decided to go and stay in Erice for the night at the last moment. We chose this hotel based on its location and also on the previous reviews and pictures. We were very happy with our choice of this particular hotel. Both Rosella and Patrick were professional, gracious and extremely helpful. Patrick speaks perfect English as well as Italian.... More

I captured the last available room in Erice during August's busiest week, and it was a beautiful spot with an amazing view from a generous terrace. A staff member fluent in English met me at the funiculare station and walked me to the hotel, orienting me to the town's layout in the process. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and... More

very central location. Extremely kind host, caring about her guests. She was calling me the days before my arrivals to make sure I could reach the hotel and providing any kind of suggestions (even if not required). However we appreciated very much the care and attention to customer. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and everything is comfortable. It was... More

This is a lovely little hotel, right in the centre of Erice. Very cute and quite homely. Very nicely renovated. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English (apart from the old father who was on the desk when we arrived - and despite showing us that the one bed could be made into two - It did not happen.)... ERICE is a must see!! This hotel is well positioned, parking is not a problem (but be warned, the streets are very narrow!). The atmosphere was wonderful, the rooms were renovated nicely, the views were nice, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff were friendly & very helpful and a few of the staff spoke English... all good!!
