We spent two nights here and enjoyed the space of our apartment - Monte - in the farmhouse. It was well equipped, lots of towels and it’s own mini-kitchen (but very usable). Great WiFi. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts on the terrace with views of Fano in the distance. The

Expectations, expectations, expectations- Villa Giulia delivered perfectly what we were looking for. The estate is beautiful, set perhaps a couple of km back from the coast but with views over to the sea.We stayed in the farmhouse- yes it is a little frayed at the edges- but the

The Villa Giulia is located on a large estate with olive groves and vineyards with lovely views of the Adriatic. The Villa once belonged to Napoleon’s stepson and is furnished with period pieces throughout. The bedrooms have frescoed walls and ceilings. However, the ancient

Dear Guests, thank you for your time! We are really sorry about your complains, we know that sometimes the needs of the guests doesn't match with the hospitality offer, but we are always pleased to satisfy the needs of our guests if they ask us! Of course it's always better to ask for any need once you are here unless of make a list of complains to bring home. By the way mattresses are new but probably are not the one's you are used to, the Estate has a total of five buildings for more than 1500 sq meters, the park is 3 hectars wide and unless have a family of more than 20 members it's clear that you can not run it without external people (carefully selected) . The restaurant in the period you came was closed from Monday until Thursday. Kind regards from all the staff of Villa Giulia

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! The venue is in a beautiful location set in the hills of Fano. Unfortunately, the people who operate this establishment are the most rude, ignorant and disgusting people I have ever come across. The rooms are dirty and infested with bed bugs. The mattresses

Dear Amalik1, It isn't always easy to satisfy the needs of all guests, especially in cases where these continuously insult both the place and the staff during their stay, cause physical damage to the Villa and invite people who are not guests at our Relais without notifying none of the staff members, all of which happened with you. At Villa Giulia we constantly aim at providing a 100% efficient and pleasant service; this is the reason why our guests leave our Relais with great satisfaction, providing us with excellent feedback for the services they received and becoming our friends. This is the reason why so many guests from all over the world (Europe, the US, South America, etc.) choose to come back here each year for a relaxing and enriching experience in the Italian countryside. This is the reason why we are considered among the top-quality Relais of our Region. The combination of high-quality food and wine selection of our restaurant, the presence of a vast and daily-curated garden that surrounds the Villa, our Olive trees-surrounded pool which faces the Adriatic sea, our sensitive and caring staff, which always strives to satisfy the needs and requests of all guests; these are but some factors that contribute in making us such an appreciated holiday destination for so many each year. We will never respond to insults with more insults - this is not part of our mindset, this is not who we are. Not to mention the fact that the rooms are obviously 100% clean and hygienic, and they clearly are not infested with any kind of bugs - unfortunately, people are allowed to write literally everything that is on their minds on the internet, and we are aware of these kinds of abuses. We always appreciate negative feedback, since it stimulates us to improve more. Sadly, we are also aware that sometimes unhappy guests inevitably become hostile towards the place they visit, approaching their stay with complete lack of respect towards the Villa and the always-caring staff members, who work hard in order to make guests' stay as delightful as possible, everyday.

"The rooms in the dependance are more isolated, some of the rooms in the main building have splendid paintings and frescos"
"The villa is like a deluxe B&B; annex rooms offer privacy, close to the villa. Apartments are great for families: privacy, close to pool."
