Ruggero and Emanuela are very friendly people, the rooms are stylishly furnished and very clean. We only spent a night, but would have stayed longer, if there had been more time for us. They offer a wide range of self made wonderful cakes. It was great fun to visit the city of Ferrara with their bikes. Thank you!

We stayed in a suite with tasteful and comfortable furnishing and a modern bathroom. The owner was friendly and helpful; the breakfasts were copious. Our rooms on the inside of the building were very quiet. The walk to the center of town is about 15 minutes, but we found this a pleasant way to discover the streets of Ferrara.

The B&B offers a kitchen as well as the usual bedroom/bathroom set up which is a nice bonus in a city with such wonderful local produce. It was clean, well presented, and the owners are very friendly.

After the crazy "touristiness" of Florence and Venice, Ferrara was wonderful! We took a taxi from the train station and were welcomed by Emanuala, who owns the Guest House with her husband. She was an excellent hostess! The part we loved most (besides the super tidy apartment, comfy beds, and delicious breakfast of traditional fare and homemade cakes) was the...

We stayed at Piazza Nova in Suite 1 for 6 weeks as we were moving to Ferrara and waiting for our permanent home to be ready. Emanuela and Ruggero, the owners, are the kindest and most welcoming hosts we have had. They are always available for any questions, concerns, and recommendations on things to do in and out of town....

My husband and I stayed for a week in Suite no. 2. This is a small inn with 6 apartments located within the old walls of Ferrara. It is a cross between a B&B and self catering. Breakfast is offered for a small extra fee if you want it and the owners are always available. The owners and service in...

The host had written a lot to me well ahead of our arrival, making sure of everything...upon arrival we were met warmly and informd of anything necessary...the rooms were unexpectedly spacious and comfortable. Though the exterior is quite plain and unnoticeable, getting in and staying is quite an experience. Thumbs up! And the breakfast is excellent too, the homemade style....

Highly recommended. Very nice, spacious, comfortable and clean room/apartment, fully furnished and equiped with all that it is needed for a very pleasant stay. Within 30 mins. on foot from the city center. The service is outstanding, very friendly environment (the owner also speaks English), and the selection of cakes for breakfast is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet, and the...
