Clean small room, friendly staff, generous Italian breakfast at the bar, just ideal for a trip to visit beautiful medieval Ferrara. There is a vibe in the town to reduce stress and to enjoy Italian lifestyle. A two days museum's for just EUR12 allows you discovering the major sites.

Very close to the city center, which helps to go out and return every time of the day. Always clean and comfortable room. Beautiful view at Ferrara's old walls. Cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel.

We first stayed at the San Paolo in April 2016 and were very satisfied. This return visit was by no means as good. The room was at the rear of the property and overlooked the internal courtyard. This contained a large generator which was rather noisy throughout the day ....and night! The lighting in the room was poor and rather...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple, but very clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Perfect location right at the entrance to the old town, just a few minutes walk to the central square. Excellent value for money!

Clean rooms, service staff very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast served at the bar was very good and plentyful. Very good position: near to the center of the city and to the market. Absolutely recommended!

Hiding behind the market this hotel is close to the bus stop from the station. Very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, in the back room, excellent selection. My room was clean and overlooked the street. A little noisy at night but acceptable. Enjoyable stay.

Closed to the city center, in an ancient building, was a very good location for our fifhty people group, using different tipes of rooms (single, double, triple) less or more confortable for their surface and bathrooms surface and other facilities. No lift, but desk operators always efficient.

The bus 11 from the train station leaves you there. Five minutes far from center town. You can go walking everywhere in Ferrara. There are some nice and reasonable restaurants in the area. Value for money.
