I had booked the room approximately a month ago. The single room has a large glass window next to the bed. The heating/air condition was not working properly. The room 912 was dump and cold and the bathroom was more like a fridge, so I could not take a shower. I did report it to the Reception and ask to...

Hotel has suitable but not central location near the shopping center in Ferrara. You need car or a lot of walking to reach the center. Architecture – there is just a box, painted pink. Parking near the entrance is very convenient. Room was decent but nothing special, small and clean with ground plan of all industrial hotels. Breakfast near the...

Like the title says the rooms looked clean and modern but the rooms on the first floor are very noisy because they are close to the reception. The food choice was ok but the bread was dry. The location is not so good as well.

Dear Guest, Thank you to taking the time to share your feedback on B&B Hotel Ferrara. We're very sad to see your stay didn't go well and that you were disturbed by the noise from the corridor. This comes as a surprise to us seeing as the use of soundproof walls is one of the factors that make our guest...

The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Ferrara next to a large shopping centre with lots of free parking. You can get the number 11 bus to the centre of Ferrara for 1-2 Euros. Staff at check in were very polite. Rooms are ok, basic but clean, firm bed (which I liked), satellite tv but...

What else do you need? Personnel always available to help and support, rooms are clean and the recent renovation works made everything look much better (unfortunately bathrooms are still as they were). Not Hilton or the likes, but for this prices that's the best choice in Ferrara (I come here twice a month..)

We had not planned to stay in this hotel during our driving holiday. However our car broke down and we were towed off the road near Ferrara and were given this hotel by our breakdown insurance company. The couple running the hotel are lovely. They were so helpful to us as we were literally stranded for two days whilst our...

Stayed in September 2012 and this was a pretty basic hotel. Staff spoke adequate English and were very helpful. Beds very hard, room cleanish with irregular times of services and you could never tell if you were first or last on the rota so could get an early morning call (pre-8am) or arrive back at 4.30 to find your room...

I have stayed in Nettuno before (back in 2010) and decided to stay there again on my recent trip back to Ferrara; boy was I disappointed. They took out the refrigerator from the rooms and placed vending machines in the halls that sells a small bottle of water and drinks for 2 Euro! It's 42 degrees outside without an ounce...
