Fantastic Hotel with the most amazing staff running it. Franco the barman is just a legend and Carlos and Vincent run a fantastic restaurant. The food was amazing! The hotel itself is a little tired as are some of the rooms but this didn't take away from the great location and after we finally got some snow we could finally...

Went with a school trip, would go back with the family, great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. convenient for skiing....right on a blue run.Rooms were spacious and bathrooms clean. Enough for the children to do in the hotel...big pool ,snooker, football table, a lovely spa for adults and plenty in the village ..supermarket,bars restaurants and ski shops. Rather...

Fine hotel convenient for slopes especially if you can ski the blue run. Lunch was especially good there but dinner wasn't great. Rooms were exceptionally warm to an extent where we had to sleep with the window open to the slopes at night!! Not a big bar area although bar man was very friendly. Lots of activities for kids from...

I have just come back from a weeks skiing. The Hotel was clean with great food. My only criticism was it is slightly tired, however the staff are lovely. I think the rooms varied enormously so depending which room you get you could either have a great experience or just a normal one.

The hotel is very well situated next to the slope. You take your ski in front of the hotel and then you are on the slopes. The people in the hotel are nice and will try to help you whenever you need help. The food in the restaurant is tasty. We had Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. For...

The location of the hotel is amazing, straight out and onto the slopes. The rooms are nothing fancy but do the job, although the bathrooms are quite nice. The floors were often dirty, so take a pair of slippers. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a lot of downstairs space to relax in. The swimming pool looks abit worse for...

As an experienced party leader, having organised the ski trips for my school for the last 11 years I have visited several hotels at various resorts and can only give a resounding thumbs up for this excellent hotel. We visited this Easter and found the rooms were comfortable and the food at the hotel was plentiful and varied, the owner...

The hotel is literally adjacent to the slopes but quite a walk to the ski hire shop so be warned, you'll have an uphill trek back to the hotel with heavy ski gear if you don't have access to transport. The hotel itself is definitely in need of a major overhaul if it ever wants to cater for couples or...

I had an amazing time skiing, and seeing as it was my first time I was more than a little scared of being too clumsy! My school and I, arrived at this hotel and I was really taken aback at how great it was to be there and in Italy! Lovely views from the rooms (well my one at least!)...

I stayed at the hotel whilst on a school ski trip to Pratto Nevosso in February. The hotel was full of school groups as it was during the English School half term holidays. The hotel was under enormous pressure and the staff did a fantastic job to look after everybody. The food was great (so long as you like pasta!)...
