Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I usually don't like the reviews that state things like "It's all about the staff." I care about the hard facts. But here we felt it was true and should be pointed out how not a single member of service did only an average job. Everyone was all smiles and helpful and caring about their area of service. I wonder how they do it. But it grows on you as a guest and adds to a satisfying and relaxing vacation.
More on the plus side, the food was exceptional, as has been stated in most previous reviews. I should add to this that we were staying at the place until only days before it closed for the year, and you would think that maybe the variety and quality of the food offered is curtailed somewhat, due to the few remaining guests, but no, we enjoyed spectacular meals, good wines and ample breakfasts till the very last day. We particularly liked the antipasti buffet and the selection of fruit offered for both breakfast and as an alternative for the rich desserts.
As we arrived from a sightseeing trip in several Italian cities, we stayed in Giulianova mostly for the beach and relaxation. Even in mid-September, the sea here is warm and calm enough for a great time at the beach. Service there was impeccable, they have a friendly café slash bar with toilets kept clean all day, and outside there were small changing cabins (not overly clean, but did the job) and a well functioning shower. We didn't care too much about the music playing at the beach and were glad when it stopped towards the end, but I know other people feel differently about that. Animation was present at the beach and at the hotel itself in a low-key, unobtrusive way, and all animators we were in contact with were excellent and well likable.
We will return and wish the owners of this hotel continued success as it is so well-deserved.

Only stayed for two nights as on tight work trip.

The hotel is located just off the main strip and a block from the seafront so pretty quiet, very tidy and looks good.

Staff were great and very welcoming and the hotel is pretty well designed with decent facilities etc. Rooms are pretty std with outdoor balcony and good bathroom although at 6 2" the shower enclosure is low enough to bang your head on.

I would say that the beds are very hard and struggled to sleep very well as air con wasnt working also but this was due to it not being on in the hotel as off season.

Breakfast was good with a good selection of fruits/cereals etc and omelette station etc.

Would stay again as team were great.

The hotel is very clean, nicely structured and well organized. It offers a wide range of activities that can be done with kids of almost all ages: biking, swimming, soccer, a wide choice of toys and other entertainment. Food is very good, in the excellent tradition of food from the region. All hotel employees are extremely welcoming, always with an eye to serving the client and tailoring their offer on the needs of each customer. They're all also very nice people, which helps.

The best thing: being able to set free our toddler and still enjoy our week of holiday. Priceless!

Perfect for a family.

Wonderful staff and beautiful location - about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very abundant breakfast, spacious spa, clean swimming pool and very large rooms (we slept on the ground floor). As it was off-season and closed, we didn't get a chance to use the kids' club but it is open in summer - we hope to be back to try it out.

When searching to book a hotel in Giulianova this hotel's website did not appeal too much to us. But after calling the hotel and speaking with Giorgia I was convinced we would have had a great stay: and I was so right!
The Sea Park is a mini-resort with very friendly staff in all departments. They make you feel at home immediately. Reception staff very freindly and helpful at all times. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Ours had a large balcony overlooking the pool and the sea front. The animation was discreet but fun for the kids. Mini club for families with young children is a blessing as they join the activities in the hotel if bad weather or on the beach with the sun from 10 to 12 in the morning and from 4 to 6 pm. Helps you relax a little more. The highlight of this very nice hotel is definitely the restaurant. The breakfast is rich and plenty with eggs and bacon cooked to your liking at the buffet. The maitre Raffaele is very friendly and professional and his team also. Our waiter Mattia was very good. The food is exceptionally good with a wide range of choice at lunch and dinner. Bottled wine and water and soft drinks are included with your meals. We were on full board and we ate very well every single day. The pool is not very large but fine for splashing around in the afternoon sun. We prefer the sea and the beach. This is just 100 yards from the hotel and there is a reserved area where you have your own umbrella and sun beds. The sea is also fairly nice, with a wide sandy beach and clear water, especially in the morning. Free clean towels are provided daily by the hotel. The bar lady Elida is also very friendly and remembers every guests preference after just one day. The town centre is over a mile away but the hotel provides a good number of free bicycles in very good condition with baby seats too.
So, summing things up, this is a great choice for a holiday with family and kids.
Giulianova as a town is pretty quiet, no night-life really, but that was fine for us. Shops and bars mainly.
My finest compliments to owners Andrea and Giorgia. You're doing an excellent job!!!

Do you know the commercial where the baby cries because he wants to go back on the ship and continue his holiday? well the same thing happens here. Second year in a row at the Sea Park and this time too we were amazed by the structure. Very clean facility, spacious rooms which are also always clean. Exquisite food, plentiful and varied. Meat and fish always present. The attention to detail is obsessive. Excellent structure with 3 swimming pools, children's park with various games. Superlative dining and kitchen staff. The hotel owners are always present to satisfy every minimum request of adults and children and above all always with a smile, which is no small feat. For this 2023, congratulations also for the choice of the animation "Metamorphosis animation". A wonderful staff who knew how to involve and entertain children and parents.
Possibility to park the car in the garage and finally the SPA with adjoining gym.
An experience to be repeated also for 2024 and which I recommend to everyone.

"All rooms are very tidy and clean. Even the standard rooms are very well structured. Would avoid rooms just on top of the swimming pool as they can be a bit noisy sometimes (although in general the hotel has rules in place to avoid that!)."
