Really lovely, characterful, family-owned hotel. Brothers Luca and Marco, whose grandparents built the hotel, are really charming and very welcoming, breakfast is good and the rooms are well-sized and comfortable. We were here for the Classic Yacht Regatta, and the location couldn't be better: close to the port, but set up a slight hill, away from the noise of the...

A very nice athmosphere, friendly, clean in a superb location just above the Imperia harbour. Top service and definately where we will stay next time when in the neighbourhood. Third generation and grandma still going strong keeping an eye to make sure everything is run in the best way. Do not miss the homemade cakes for breakfast :-)

A little tricky to find by car as you have to drive through the limited access town centre but what a wonderful find. Very beautifully kept and although dated it all fits together and creates a very relaxing experience. In terms of service I have not experienced anything like this anywhere in Europe before and the family welcome was very...

The Ariston is a small family run hotel close to the marina and local beach where guests are made to feel as such, and not just people who transit through. Our room and the public rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained and the cold buffet breakfast was always well presented and plentiful, omelettes or scrambled eggs were provided on...

When travelling by car make sure you booked the parking with the hotel, Access by car is a bit tricky and parking space is limited, but the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to find a solution. We just handed him over the carkeys and he moved the car around until he finally managed to squeeze it somewhere on...

It was a very pleasant stay, very friendly staff. One story: We left some things in the room and went to the next town on our bike trip. They were delivered to our next town not far from Imperia. As we realized later, it was not post or courier service, but some private person, likely the staff.

The hotel is situated just above sealevel, so we had a fantastic view....

The hotel is relatively simple but well located, very clean and has charming staff throughout. Breakfast is good. You can walk to the beaches or anywhere in the old city from the hotel, but they do also offer car parking which is a big plus. Imperia is a lesser known and smallish but beautiful city with an impressive hilly seaside...
