My husband and I stayed in Hotel Laura Christina last week for 7 days with family members. Hotel is situated in a very picturesque setting overlooking Lake Garda. Being on a hillside it is quite challenging to walk up from the Lake Shore or from the town. On arrival we were greeted by Giovanna the lovely young receptionist who arranged...

Just home from week long stay, set in very quiet area out of town, yes it's a walk and hilly but room had beautiful view over Malcesine. Our room was newly decorated, no complaints at all. We found all staff very helpful and courteous. On arrival Giovanna the receptionist showed us to our room, arranged a meal on late arrival,...

We booked this hotel last minute and unfortunately didn't read the reviews before doing so, what a mistake that was. From the moment we walked into the hotel to check in we felt unwelcome. We got the feeling over the 3 days that it was a hotel predominately for German tourists over the age of 50. On arrival the receptionist...

Good location. The tennis courts are a walk behind the hotel about 100 yards. Takes about 10 minutes to get to town and it's a nice walk. Hotel rooms a bit dated but it was clean. Pool was cold for August but the kids didn't mind. You get what you pay for and I enjoyed my stay. Seems everyone likes...

Very helpful receptionist, friendly staff, nice bartender. Very nice new pool with big bubble bath, 3 tennis courts on gravel. Beautiful view on the lake. All bathrooms renewed and ok, breakfast ok. WiFi available, big free parking. Nice garden. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the rest was a big disapointement. The interior of the hotel is terrible outdated. We took 2...

Although about an 8 minute walk from the main square, for the price you pay, I have very few complaints. All staff were polite and the rooms of a decent size. The pool is nice and there is a small selection of free snacks to choose from. Compared to some of the prices that my friends paid to stay om...

Uphill, dated, staff rude, have to ask for toilet rolls, towels, etc. Breakfast terrible, the same thing everyday. This hotel is predominantly for the German tourist. We were given a room overlooking the hills at the back of the hotel. This view totally ruined by the pile of empty bottles in crates. A blot on this beautiful landscape. Lake Garda...

We stayed here in July /August for 8 nights. I agree with the other reviews the the decor wa ls a little tired but our room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. We had both a fridge and safe and our room and our balcony was really big. The hotel staff were friendly and every day when...

The hotel location is excellent, within 10 minutes you are in Malcesine. But "Tennis Hotel" ??? Maybe in 1985 when it was opened (I didn't see any sign of tennis courts now or from years ago). I think the majority of the other guests had been coming since then - average age was 50 - 80 years old. The interor...

Hotel is tired which is a pity because it is in a good location just outside of the town. Reasonably priced. Good selection for breakfast. Room spotlessly clean. Owners were charming. They arranged taxis from airport to hotel and back at a reasonable cost. Limited English so conversed in French without problems. Have no expectation, wherever I go that they...
