Stayed at the Hotel Roma for 5 nights in February 2017, during the Venice Carnival period. On arrival we were given a very useful map showing the local area, including location of bus stops as well as a map of Venice. The staff were very helpful in explaining how to get into Venice from the hotel. The included breakfast was...

Just had 4 nights B&B & for the cost cannot fault it. Arrived last Thursday like summer so a couple of Morettis outside to soak up the sun & it was February!. Continental Breakfast but enough to eat. Plenty of hot water, large proper towels & a comfortable bed. Free safe in room and each room has AC & CH....

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of January 2017 for two nights. The staff was friendly, and the room was very spacious and super clean; even more, it came with a balcony, which would have made for a nice amenity had it been summer time. The room was reasonably priced and a buffet continental breakfast was included in...

This a 20-room, four-story hotel which has been renovated. We arrived in Venice two days before our cruise ship departed for Greek Islands. We were attracted to staying in Mestra because prices for comparable hotels in Venice are three or four times the rate of this hotel. Also, from a past visit to Venice, I know how hard it is...

After reading some reviews in here I was a little skeptical about staying here but it was a great stay! The room was clean and comfy, with a nice balcony (very quiet street). The bathroom was great. The breakfast was excellent, in fact I had the best coffee and chocolate croissant I've had in a long time! Also, they've fixed...

A nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is away from the busy Venice centre and is close to the Mestre train station. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is lift to all floors with a bar in the lobby. The room I had (No.9) was clean and just the right size for a single traveller. The...

Hotel Roma has some notable attributes, but is unfortunately lacking in a few respects that need to be mentioned. As for location, it seems to be a residential area. Still it is reasonably easy to get to the Mestre train station or the bus to Venice or the airport. The rooms are clean, wifi works and a decent breakfast is...

Good place, quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, clean. Worth the money. Stayed with family in two triple rooms. Spacious rooms, bathroom also good. Breakfast included was good too. Distance from Venice is 15 min by bus, also has good and affordable restaurants nearby, walking distance. Good budgetary option if traveling with family.

A couple of years ago we stayed 4 nights, but said we wouldn't stay here again. We were only going to be in Venice for a couple of nights this trip and couldn't find a better combination of location and value than Hotel Roma, so we booked again and hoped for the best. We couldn't have made a better decision!...
