Torre Cangiani welcomed us with a beautiful view on the Napoli coast, a wonderful room in a 15th century building with a local athmosphere and the most welcoming and passionate hosts, which made us feel like sharing their family home with us. It’s been a true retreat and the only negative point was that we could only stay for two nights because the rooms were already booked. The agriturismo is located well, close to Sorrento, Naples, Vesuvio, Pompei, the Amalfi coast and Capri, but still in a quiet and not very touristy area. Definitely worth staying!!
We were in paradise in Torre Cangliani in the garden of lemon trees, Camelia trees and other tropical plants. What can be more delightful than having breakfast with a view either on Capri or on the Vesuve before a long promenade in the sentieri among the olive trees of the Sorrento peninsula (the hiking trail was just above the Torre). Matilde, Cristiano and Aldo were just the kindest hosts which make you want to stay longer. Such a tasteful place, one cannot find so easily! It was truly the perfect winter holiday! Grazie mille, ci vediamo presto!
This place was amazing! I cannot say enough great things about Cristiano and his family. They made us feel like part of the family. Always had patience for our questions. Stayed in courtyard room which had basic kitchen facilities. Very quiet room. A little dark but what can you expect when staying in an ancient tower. Breakfast was very good on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. Location was very good for visiting Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi coast. Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.
We spent two weeks in Southern Italy and stayed mainly in Agriturismos. 'Torre Cangiani' was by far the most amazing accommodation! Breathtaking view from the rooftop, great food and very nice hosts! We will come back! Judith and Fabian
My parents and I stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved the unique property and how well we were received and hosted by the owners. The facilities are kept in immaculate condition and every room and corner is furnished with care and thought. On two nights we chose the option to dine at the Agriturismo, and both evenings the food was exceptional as it was prepared with fresh ingredients from their gardens. An experience we would not have found at any restaurant. Thanks to Cristiano + family for the great hospitality and also to take on the challenge and play chess against my father :-)
