We stayed at the hotel from 13-15 October to visit Venice for a few days before joining a cruise. We were in room 306, overlooking the garden, which was very pleasant. Our bedroom was very comfortable and a good size and bathroom was spotless. Hotel was reasonably priced and in a great location - very quiet and peaceful with bus... More

We arrived early from a long flight from Canada and we greeted by fabulous hotel set in a green parkland. Not only that, but while assembling our bikes in the heat, the staff brought us cool drinks and fresh cookies. I cant say enough good things about the hotel. Staff top notch in speaking English and helpful. Rooms big, with... More

Very nice athmosphere and good service. I have stayed two different times on here and everything was great. Especially for business trips or your meeting organisations this is a very good option I think. Stuff is very kind and helpful also. Thanks,

Lovely hotel , everything is clean , the staff are helpful and speak English , we stayed in room 206 , shower is so powerful , only downside is the room doesn't have tea making facilities . Breakfast was also very good. Also easy to commute to Venice .

Dear Gill, thank you so much for your review. We really appreciate your satisfaction! Regarding tea making facilities, there is in Classic and Premier room, room 206 is a Standard one... but, next time we will provide for you anyway. Looking forward to welcoming again Ai Pini, many greetings from all staff. More

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights when we were in Venice. There were three adults in one room, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. There were ample bathroom amenities, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, vanity packs, shavers, shower caps, and slippers. They provided a pot and cups for coffee or tea. The beds... More

Booking for my stay here was through Giro Libero who provided services for a bicycling vacation through the Dolomites. Driving in through Mestre from Marco Polo, I wondered what a hotel here would be like. It was a pleasant surprise to turn off the busy street into a park setting where the Ai Pini sits. The rooms are comfortable and... More

The hotel is very well situated for visiting Venice, and is only 15 minutes by taxi to Marco Polo airport. There are plenty of places to relax in the gardens with comfortable seating. Our room was large and quiet, although the bathroom was quite small. Staff were very friendly and made every effort to help in relation to getting to... More

A wonderful location outstandingly positioned, very easy to reach by bus or taxi. It is an ideal starting point for a trip to Venice. The kindness of the recepionist is the very first step in a happy island of total relax, the freshness of the air the next...to finally reach a silent and comfortable room. The rich breakfast finally suggests... More

The hotel has lovely gardens with plenty of places to sit and relax and an outdoor cafe. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. There was plenty of free parking, and lots of conveniences a short drive from the hotel. To get to Venice, we caught a bus from the bus stop opposite the hotel, which took us... More
