Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Centrale. Easy and convenient to get to Venice, but also benefiting from a central location in Mestre. Staff was friendly and gave us directions to Venice and recommendations on how to spend our day there and not overspend.

The bus stop to Venice is one minute walk from the hotel and nice shops and restaurants in Mestre are also near to Centrale. The room was small but comfortable , breakfeast is ok , the clean lady was so kind ( she put my flowers to water) and the waitresses are also nice.

You get very much what you pay for, and I must admit I did not pay a fortune to stay at this hotel. The good points were that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable with clean sheets etc. There was a rather small screen TV in the room, which, itself, was quite small, since it had a double...

Hotel itself is simple, but fot traveller who doesn't require top notch comforts and prefer to spend extra cash in Venice, its perfect. Comfy bed, hot water in tiny shower cubicle - its fine,...

The room next...

The hotel is basic, but the rooms are clean, warm, we went in November, and the breakfast is typical continental, cheese, ham, eggs, rolls and coffee. The hotel is approx 20 minutes by cab or bus from Venice. If your after a luxery hotel, this isn't for you, but if like us, you just want a base and a place to...

Hotel is well situated for bus route into Venice but the cleaning of our room could have been improved. On arrival reception staff very professional and helpful. Unfortunately when checking into our room, we found the bathroom had not been cleaned properly and found hairs left on the bathroom floor.
