Contrary to previous reviews, the property does exist and on the location as indicated by Booking. The property is owned by someone from Indian subcontinent. That in itself is not an issue. But what was, is the fact that a number of people from the same part of the world were also present in other rooms, as guests or otherwise, and they made my stay rather unpleasant. Walls between rooms are not entirely soundproof so I was treated to an audio show of everything from marital (or relationship) disputes and quarrels that included yelling at each other and crying on top of the voice to consecutive sex. Discretion was obviously not a word that found its place on a page of those people's dictionary. Fortunately, I booked the place for just one night. Even that was bad enough. More would've been a nightmare.

Booked this place throughout Lastminute.com, which after receiving the email confirmation with no contact details exept that the place is managed by Travelscape LLC (another history), imadiatly sounded suspicious. Couldn’t reach the place personal until I arrived in Venice with a backup plan prepared. Called the guy on a number found on their website, told me that someone will wait me at the location, got at the location where no one was there, called again the person which told me that I need to wait just 4-5 min, I said ok (already started to loose my patience), after 25 min got a message from someone else that I need to get to another place, 10 min by walk, the reason I don’t remeber cause I already was pist off completely, but I said ok, let’s see that location (Hotel Tito is called by the way). Got there, and a guy totally different voice than the one I spoke on the phone, said me that I will stay there cause they have some electricity issue on B&B place. At the hotel another story with payment confirmation & stuff, in the end I got in the room and literally it looked disgusting, but I was alone and needed to be in the city for a conference and just told myself that at least I have a place to crash. The Tito hotel claim it is a 3 star hotel but I never stayd in a poor quality place. Some will say the price reflect, I don’t know, my first time in Italy so I don’t have a comparable place, but I will never book this place again (b&b or Tito) or use lastminute.com for accommodation. So like others above said, this B&B place is nonexistent, they practically use it for advertising only, the actual place where they will get you (Tito) is nothing like in this pictures, much lower quality, but on the bill is specified that Tito is unde B&B Paradiso. My advice is to look elsewhere.

Booked this place to arrive and be greeted by some man who took us to a completely different hotel. We weren't told about this change and to top it off, weren't offered any type of compensation. Much further away from the station and the city and the other hotel was very old and outdated, had no hot water in the shower and not in a safe area. The owners of the new hotel Tito were nice and helpful but refused to even offer us breakfast to make up for the awful show that we experienced. They even tried to charge us more for the room but we absolutely refused. The hotel was fine in the end although reading other reviews has shown us that this happens frequently. Giving one circle as I can't give a zero. Horrendous customer service, disorganisation and generally all round disappointment.

The owner wasn't really involved and things only got fixed when requested. Also the address was very confusing with no indication of a B & B ... had to hunt to find the venue. Not the best place we stayed at ... no recommendation I'm afraid.

This was a terrible experience. To start with we arrived at the location and had to call the manager who directed us to a completely different location called hotel Tito. This hotel was farther away from the train station and felt unsafe to walk at night as we were a group of three girls. The room was very hot with no air conditioning and when we opened the windows we got pretty eaten up by mosquitoes. Along with that our shower doors were missing. Because the location was advertised as a b&b we assumed breakfast was included. The staff only told us of the charge after we had eaten. Overall awful stay, uncomfortable location and we did not get what we had booked. Oh and the wifi shut off while we were there too.

Although the B&B is still advertised on sites like booking.com, it does not exist any more. I arrived in Mestre yesterday night at nearly midnight having been discussing with the property by email for most afternoon. They claimed overbooking trying to redirect me to another hotel which has appalling reviews on TripAdvisor. I refused and went to the property to discover that it does not exist. So I called them by phone and got a mumbled answer on the B&B not being there any more as it was now flats and urging me again to go to the other hotel. Feeling being scammed and even fearing for my own safety I booked into a different hotel. Avoid at all cost

I stayed here in July 2014. I travelled with my mother. The owner was very helpful and showed me where to get a SIM card for my mobile and where there is a laundry. He assisted my mother with her bags to the station on our departure. The place is basic and the rooms average and clean. I do not know what it is like now. I wish the building was marked, there is no reception and we had to wait until the owner turned up.

The advantage was that we were 6 people so we were the only persons who stayed in the apartment, we didn't have to share anything with anyone :). The rooms were nice, 2 bathrooms, TV, free wifi and I liked the breakfast, fresh and we could choose the time of them. The staff was very friendly and helpful, he gave us many advices about Mestre and Venice. The bus stop was close and we got to Venice in 15-20 minutes. Very close to B&B is small pizzeria on the corner of the street, the pizza is really amazing there :).

We stayed 2 nights in this B&B. At first like all the other guests we couldnt find the entrance as there are no signs. We were looking for it about an hour. After we found the entrance we tried to call the owner but he didnt pick up and never called back. So we were waiting about 2 hours till we reached him. Hotel was based in the apartment, it was dirty, bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in, could hear everything happening in all the other rooms, bathroom, kitchen. In breakfast there was no coffee, not even a tea, only juice and water. Location was very close to train station - thats the only positive thing. Would never stay here again!

We booked a 4 night stay. Upon arriving in Mestre we travelled to the gps location but couldn't find it. After travelling up and down the street a few times we stopped at a coffee shop for wifi and looked up several maps. We only finally found it because of a user review. There are no signs, it is inside an unmarked building in a trashy part of town. We finally got there and had to wait for the manager to show up. The walls are paper thin and we could hear music from one room, people cooking in the kitchen, and a child crying from elsewhere on the floor. I immediately told the manager we were considering moving the next day. We were able to find another B&B and the next morning I called him to inform him we wanted to check out. We agreed to check out at 8:30am. 8:30 came and went and he never showed up and he refused to answer my calls. I called 7 times leading up to 9:30am and he never picked up. We finally left, leaving a note to charge the one night stay plus 80 euro cancellation fee in the contract to the card on file. That night after checking the card statement we discovered he charged the entire 4 night stay. We are in an ongoing struggle to reverse the charges. AVOID THIS SCAM ARTIST AND TERRIBLE "B&B" AT ALL COSTS!
