Well it's not 5 stars hotel, so it's not perfect. But the service is good, rooms are quite big, bathroom too. There's not good wifi connection, in same rooms are a lot of mosquitos, continental breakfast, noisy fan in bathroom is sometimes on all night. Dinners are really great. Cleaning is great - you get clean towels every day and...

Reception ok, people difficult to talk with in English. The room was clean. The airco was working every now and then, but it was difficult to get a grip on it and it was not possible to adjust. Nevertheless, the temperature in the room was ok. One of the beds was ok, the other not very supportive in the middle....

I really do not want to talk about baths. Bath curtain is the upper echelon of the hotel. You can't touch it, old and dirty, stains on it, you even can not tolerate to see it. I tried to use bath outside the hotel just to mitigate my nausea when I have to use bath in the room. Get a...

This hotel was selected as part of a tour around Italy. To save some money, the tour operator decided to arrange a hotel a little bit outside the centre of Rome. If I hadn't been travelling in company, I would have searched for a better hotel on the spot. Rooms are delapidated and dirty, airconditioning does not work. Interior looks...

My daughter and I were stuck in this decrepit hotel due to the fact that EA tours is a sham, and should be shut down. However let me speak of this hotel, first of all you would get a better room at some fleabag hotel on Adm. Wilson Boulevard in Camden New Jersey, you know the ones you pay by...

This hotel was minimal - We were on an EF tour and I guess due to cost they decided to put us up here - The A/C did not work properly and when we checked they said it did - we all agreed that the A/C must be controlled by the hotel on a central timer because it only worked...

Good and quiet location. Old but well maintained. Cleanliness is satisfactory. For a short stay (2-3 nights). You will be surprised with towels (if you can call it that?). The best description would be: two small tea towels and a'' sheet'' as a towel for showering. These towels reminded me of movies from Ancient Rome and the Roman bath scene....

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Augustus. I was on an EF tour and the room was nice, food was good and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice as well. Free wi-fi and stuff was in walking distance. Hairdryer in the bathroom!

We stayed at the Hotel Augustus in June, 2009. We found the front desk staff to be very helpful, and they spoke English fairly well. The lobby of the hotel is pretty nice, as is the dining room. We ate there with our EF tour group, and the food was pretty good. I was a bit disappointed in our room,...
