Great staff made sure our stay was everything we could hope for. If you drive make sure to get parking permits directly from the front desk as they are required. We look forward to a return trip to Montecatini in the future.

We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Puccini. First of all, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The rooms are fine, the location near the main square and train station is excellent. Their sidewalk cafe is really comfortable and the food is good. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

We had a fantastic time in Italy and it was partly due to the wonderful staff at Hotel Puccini in Montecatini Terme. Nice quaint hotel on Corso Romo and plenty of shopping and restaurants on the main street. Train station is also only 5 minutes walk! We will definitely be back next time we are in Italy.

We returned from Italy 11/20. My husband, myself and two friends spent 5 nights in this dirty and disgusting hotel. We had to ask that our towels were replaced every other day even after putting them on the floor. When we asked, we were given an attitude by Patricia and CHARGED 3 EUROS PER TOWEL! I finally started putting them... More

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast with many selections. The hotel is comfortable and cozy. Felt very Italian. There were four people in our party and we felt so fortunate to have been assigned rooms with balconies overlooking the town. The showers have multiple heads and excellent water pressure for a relaxing reviving experience. The bakery directly... More

We stayed in the Hotel Puccini as part of a package and it was a lovely experience. The staff was fantastic. I attended art school in Florence in1985 and the staff went out of their way to help me find the family I lived with. I finally did find them after I returned home. It never would have happened without... More

We had a magnificent trip to Italy visiting the Tuscan region. Can't wait to go back. The wine was wonderful but the scenery was simply splendid! Hotel Puccini was our home base in Montecatini Terme. Love, love, love their staff, especially Stefi and Eleana!!!

There are only a few people who work at the hotel and the older gentlemen especially, is very rude. They do not replace dirty towels with clean ones, even when they are on the floor. The simply hang them back up. After the second day of this happening, I asked the older gentleman for clean towels. He yelled at me... More

Dear Mrs Candie S. Often people write forgetting how much work and dedication are behind their comments. The rudeness that you perceived in our “older man” was triggered by the disrespect that our gentleman perceived in you: a video shows you coming down yelling mid in the night with some towels in hands, which you literally threw on the reception... Service was excellent. The staff was very well informed about the hotel and the surrounding area. There was always someone at the front desk to take care of any issues or questions. Suggestions for activities and restaurants were very good and helpful. The suggested restaurants were wonderful. The room was neat, clean and met our needs. Elena and Stephanie were... More
