Detailed Reviews
My Mum and I stayed for 7 nights from 29 September. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the evening meals were excellent, 3 courses and very well prepared and presented and the breakfasts were varied and fresh. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and always had a smile on their face, partucuarly Julia and Marco. We had a room with a small balcony on the front which was perfect for some fresh air and people watching in the mornings and evenings. Air con worked perfectly as it was 30 degrees plus on the days we were there. There is also a seating area outside for either coffee or after dinner drink, jazz music from the speakers to relax to. Also the only place I've ever been that had opera music in the lift!! A wonderful and relaxing stay, would thoroughly reccommend. Very central place to explore the beauty of Tuscany.

Centrally located, but less noisy pasty of town, walking distance from restaurants, shops, train station, etc.
The hotel also has a restaurant, and a nice terrace on the road side where to enjoy a drink while watching people stroll by.
Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Another wonderful experience here in Montecatini.
Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for the second time this year, and every time has been excellent!
We loved the new lounge outside and the new face of the hotel, the food always delicious, the rooms spacious and super clean.
We went to a super cool event called “champagne for everyone” in the Tettuccio terme, that is basically in the city Center, and was only few minutes by walk! The location of the hotel is perfect!
We can’t wait to stay again here in a few months!
Thank you to Pasquale, Marco, Stefania and Patrizia.

A wonderful week in a typical Italian hotel, our second visit. The staff were fabulous - friendly, helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Marco, Rosa, Julia, Patricia (and everyone else we met). The hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and our room was lovely. The evening meal was exceptional, all local produce, beautifully presented. The musical choices were classical with breakfast, and jazz with dinner - perfect for us! The hotel is well situated and very convenient for the train station. Montecatini is well placed for visits to Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Pistoia - all an easy (and reasonably priced) train journey away. Our previous visit coincided with the summer music festival and we shall certainly do this again. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Perfect hotel! Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, everything is top notch. The breakfast is varied, there is everything, ham, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, fried or scrambled egg, jam, butter, homemade cake, etc. Just what you need and it’s very good! Our room was great with a terrace, very good beds and a bathroom with a hydro-jet shower. Will we return there if we come back to the area? Without hesitation 😄

Our group was wonderfully welcomed by the owners and staff of the Pension Puccini who put a mattress topper at my disposal to remedy a bedding a little hard for me.
And what about the dinners prepared with so much refinement by the chef? Simply succulent! Especially after long days of visits!
This Pension tastes like "come back"

Me and my boyfriend visited Montecatini Terme this January, we booked for one week but, thanks to the excellent hotel position in the city center and the lovely service we decided to stay one more week!
The hotel is super clean and beautiful, the bar service and breakfast are amazing! The food is lovely.
Our room was on the third floor, with a nice big window and a beautiful view.
We can't be more happy about our holiday in Toscana, and we'll be back for sure!!
Thank you!! :)

We were here at the Hotel Puccini for our one week stay and my wife and I were completely outstanded by this fantastic family run hotel. Patricia and Pascal made us feel like home. Breakfast was nice and clean and there was everything: from eggs and bacon to corn flakes and croissant and everything was fresh and warm. Thanks Marco and Rosa to made us taste the best cappuccino ever.
Last but not least, a warm thanks to the ladies who perfectly cleaned our room and a hug to the reception staff who was so helpful and smiley.
See you on our next trip to Tuscany
We are already planning. ❤

Hotel in the center of Montecatini, street parking. Very popular with foreign tourists and especially groups. Dated furnishings and style, but everything well kept and very clean.
The rooms, although not brand new, are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is not up to a four star standard, you can see that they are used to foreigners in groups. The price is average, although the quality/price could be improved. Friendly staff.
