Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My Mum and I stayed for 7 nights from 29 September. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the evening meals were excellent, 3 courses and very well prepared and presented and the breakfasts were varied and fresh. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and always had a smile on their face, partucuarly Julia and Marco. We had a room with a small balcony on the front which was perfect for some fresh air and people watching in the mornings and evenings. Air con worked perfectly as it was 30 degrees plus on the days we were there. There is also a seating area outside for either coffee or after dinner drink, jazz music from the speakers to relax to. Also the only place I've ever been that had opera music in the lift!! A wonderful and relaxing stay, would thoroughly reccommend. Very central place to explore the beauty of Tuscany.

Wow! A really lovely hotel. The staff were all amazing very friendly and helpful. The food was particularly good, well prepared, good quality ingredients and variety. Centrally located short walk Montecatini Centro Station. Receptionist recommended Lucca for the one day we did not have an organised trip - a lovely town not to be missed. Thank you all a holiday to remember. The Hunt' s UK

Centrally located, but less noisy pasty of town, walking distance from restaurants, shops, train station, etc. The hotel also has a restaurant, and a nice terrace on the road side where to enjoy a drink while watching people stroll by. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: If you love coffee. At breakfast ask for the good/real coffee, not the one from the machine...

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff! quite a quirky one but very comfortable. Excellent position and clean as a whistle. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The breakfast was varied an comprehensive and the evening meal was very good too. The staff couldn't do enough for you and especial thanks to Sasha, Rosa, Marco, Erica, Patricia and others whose name I didn't get. If we go back to Montecatini again we would definitely hope to stay there again.

Another wonderful experience here in Montecatini. Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for the second time this year, and every time has been excellent! We loved the new lounge outside and the new face of the hotel, the food always delicious, the rooms spacious and super clean. We went to a super cool event called “champagne for everyone” in the Tettuccio terme, that is basically in the city Center, and was only few minutes by walk! The location of the hotel is perfect! We can’t wait to stay again here in a few months! Thank you to Pasquale, Marco, Stefania and Patrizia.

Me and my boyfriend visited Montecatini Terme this January, we booked for one week but, thanks to the excellent hotel position in the city center and the lovely service we decided to stay one more week! The hotel is super clean and beautiful, the bar service and breakfast are amazing! The food is lovely. Our room was on the third floor, with a nice big window and a beautiful view. We can't be more happy about our holiday in Toscana, and we'll be back for sure!! Thank you!! :)

We were here at the Hotel Puccini for our one week stay and my wife and I were completely outstanded by this fantastic family run hotel. Patricia and Pascal made us feel like home. Breakfast was nice and clean and there was everything: from eggs and bacon to corn flakes and croissant and everything was fresh and warm. Thanks Marco and Rosa to made us taste the best cappuccino ever. Last but not least, a warm thanks to the ladies who perfectly cleaned our room and a hug to the reception staff who was so helpful and smiley. See you on our next trip to Tuscany We are already planning. ❤

My wife Jane and I enjoyed this lovely unpretentious family hotel which is centrally located within easy walking distance of many local attractions and facilities. The hotel is spotlessly clean offering room, bar and restaurant. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful with most having a good grasp of English thus making up for our poor Italian. They are a credit to the hotel’s reputation, bravo! The king size bed was very comfortable. En-suite facilities are modern and clean with lashings of hot water. The continental breakfast offers a wide selection on a self service basis. Evening meals are excellent being of high quality, delicious and presented beautifully. Well done Hotel Puccini, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Jim & Jane.More

Felt like home on first day. Enjoyed visiting all the towns in Tuscany, but fell in love with the people in the town of Montecatini. They made us feel like we have family. Wouldn't stay any other place. Bravo
