I have had a wonderful stay. The entire staff have been very warm and accommodating. They speak English very well, thank goodness! My Italian is limited by food, drinks and the bathroom. Still trying, luckily they have the patience of a saint. The Hotel is adjacent to a beautiful park and close to many wonderful restaurants. The restaurant in the...

My stay at the Mediterraneo was a bit of a mixed experience. I was expecting something so much better from both the reviews and also from a personal recommendation. The hotel has a lot of potential and good points and the lovely Francesca is a delight - as were the restaurant staff. However, I met Erico on check-in who was...

My husband and I stayed two weeks at this hotel. A friend highly recommend it to us. The hotel is an older building with lots of charm. The owners were very gracious hosts and helped us make reservations, answered questions and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The hotel serves a very good complimentary continental breakfast with amazing service. The...

Just returned from week at this hotel, booked through Inghams. We had booked a superior room, but nothing superior about it, although the bathroom was decent enough and the shower good, otherwise the room was very tired and drab, brown paint on walls and metal 'headboard' on bed. No pictures on walls, tea and coffee facilities consisted of kettle, 1...

The hotel is situated on the edge of Parco del Terme about 10-15 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming and our ensuite room well appointed with great air conditioning; a necessity in August. The buffet breakfast, consisting of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, cheese, ham etc, was...

We were here for a week in July in a room with a balcony overlooking the Montecatini park and the breakfast terrace. The hotel is situated at the edge of a large park in a quiet part of town, 15 easy minutes walk away from the centre which can be quite noisy at night. The room has the smallest safe...

Perfectly situated a short walk from the busy vibrant town square results in an oasis of calm for this lovely family run hotel. This small hotel delivers genuine Italian hospitality and nothing was to much problem. The reception area is a mixture of old and contemporary, the stairs and corridors might be a tad faded but the rooms are lovely,...
