We spent four nights, and just loved it! The hotel is quaint, but with all the modern conveniences such as internet. The staff is friendly and very helpful with recommendations concerning shopping and eating. A nice continental breakfast spread; the restaurant wasn't open for dinner, probably because the season was over. But Montecatini has more excellent restaurants than you can... More

Beautiful old Hotel with the utmost in Italian Charm. You feel like you've walked back into time, from the ornate lighting to the old-fashioned lift, to the morning greeting from the hotel's permanent residents. The entire staff is very friendly and always available to assist with all your needs. The quaint morning breakfast with its hot strong coffee, freshly squeezed... More

This hotel is in a great location, very central to many of the main tourist sites in Italy. All of the staff was EXCELLENT and so friendly! Hotel is a 5-10 minute walk (very safe) to some local restaurants and shops and just a little further is the main area of town. The hotel itself was old which definitely added... More

This is a beautiful old hotel in a quiet part of town. It was part of a package with Gate 1 tours and so we were pleasantly surprised when we saw it. The staff is great. Monica at the front desk goes above and beyond too be helpful and accommodating. There is a lovely old elevator that works great. While... More

We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. We had a huge room which was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and pleasent as we were on the 2 floor we had to use the lovely old manual caged elevator which was a delight to use. Would definitely stay again

The Grand Hotel du Park et Regina is very much a tourist hotel geared in large part to bus tours. It is conveniently located as it is only about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and less than 5 minutes to the funicular, which takes you to the higher city. It is very quaint and charming in... More

This is a lovely and charming hotel in a really neat small town in Tuscany. The staff provided us with Superior Plus service, including helping my wife find a way to charge her seriously discharged cell phone in the middle of the night - after 1 am!! That is service above and beyond the call of duty. In addition, they... More

This hotel is over a 100 years old, it is full of antiques & has some vintage cars undercover. It has a swimming pool which was very enjoyable after a day in a bus or walking Florence. The rooms are small & a bit cramped, but it is a very old joint. The dinner is very enjoyable, particularly the antipasta.... More

Gorgeous hotel. Monica at the desk Is so helpful and informative. They have maps and speak English. Breakfast is fair but the waiter was very polite. Bed is very thin and on a wire frame. Not as comfortable as expected but service , grounds and employees were exceptional.

We are spending 6 nights here and have had a wonderful experience in our 1st 4. Easy to make day trips from here to Pisa, Cinque Terra, Florence & Siena. Hotel is clean and we'll run. Breakfast is good, but a little simple with only 1 fruit. Service is Great. Hotel is easy to walk into town with many restaurants... More
