Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed here for just one night in July 2012 but are already thinking of booking to come back later in the year for a weekend stay. One of the best things about the hotel is Cristian, the manager who goes above and beyond at every point of your stay. He was flexible about...

Loved this hotel! Not only was it beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located, but it was also the most spotlessly clean hotel I have ever visited. Christian was more than helpful with restaurant and day trip recommendations. Montepulciano is a great home base for exploring Tuscany. I liked staying in the city center so we could drive and explore during the...

My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo Carletti in June and absolutely loved it. It is located in near the center of town and offers its own private parking spaces. It also offers free wi-fi, free breakfast, and free items in the mini-bar. They also provided complimentary wine upon our arrival. We decided to stay in the Suite Deluxe...

In a central location in the very pleasant hill town of Montepulciano. We had the "Suite" although did not use the separate sitting area. There are a limited number of English language movies for free and the TV did have free internet. The minibar was free. The breakfast was very good (for continental Europe). Cristian is very helpful and is...

This is a wonderful, property, decorated in restored 18th century style, with a great breakfast spread and spacious, comfortable rooms within the walled city of Montepulciano. Palazzo Carletti does not occupy the entire building. Instead it offers about 5 large guest rooms/suites and a large main dining/check-in room, all of which were recently restored to their previous 18th century grandeur,...

Palazzo Carletti was perfect! Upon arrival, Cristian was most helpful with suggestions for a place to eat to which wineries to visit and places to see...He is very friendly and most helpful. We booked the smallest room, which was beautiful, with a full walk-in closet. The bathroom had dual shower heads and body jets and colour changing lights...very cool! We...

Palazzo Carletti-- The highlight of our three week honeymoon was Palazzo Carletti.   We booked the nicest suite for four nights of our honeymoon and this was arguably the best lodging experience I have ever had, and I've traveled the world.  The room was perfect, expansive and the view is jaw-dropping.  Breakfast is lovely, and the location is perfect.  Cristian manages...

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Carletti! The property is beautiful and conveniently located in Montepulciano. The property has a classic feel with modern amenities, such as a rain shower and high speed wifi. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a stocked refrigerator/mini bar (all inclusive), ice machine, espresso machine, and...

We stayed three nights in the Palazzo Carletti in May. Everything about this Hotel is wonderful. The proprietar Cristian was most wonderful. Upon arrival, he sits down and helps you understand everything there is to see and do in and around Montepulciano. He then takes you to your suite and helps you get settled. The rooms are beautiful and the...
