We stayed in June in apartments B and D. We were 7 and had a great time. The view is beautiful, the terraces equipped and enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the dishes are new. We rested very well, the mattresses and pillows ensure maximum comfort. Towels are replaced on request. Mrs. Sonia is a model of kindness, efficiency and privacy. Double glazed windows ensure a constant indoor climate, in the spacious garage our cars have "rested" for the duration of the holiday. The possibility of free access to public transport, offered by the property, makes you forget about the car and all the related stresses. The fitness room is a "shell", quiet and reserved. We had app. E booked for one week. Very large, with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Has a private garden for private use. The kitchen is very well furnished, with enough plates and cups. Mocha, Nesspresso coffee machines to choose from. Bread service is very convenient (order until 18.00 Urh) and delicious, with great choice. See nice care of Pickled Sonia. To the center it is 5 minutes walk. With Mobilcard you can reach many places freely. ( From Gardena pass to Bolzano) . Very suberes house with comfortable wellness area.

We stayed over Easter with our two teenage children. Our apartment (F) was very large and well finished with a wonderful view. The Spa is small but beautiful and welcoming. Excellent cleanliness. Mrs. Sonia, very attentive and always available to our requests, did not let us miss anything.

We had a samll appartment on the first floor for 2 people - very good appartment with terrase, small kitchen and table - very well fit withall possible stuff for cooking! really great! The spa is amazingly comfortable and relaxing, and cosy!!! we were given like 10 towels for 1 week, plus bathrobe and flip-flops for spa, plus in Spa there were always additional big towels available. Everything was looking nice, quite new.
The only question was matras (sofa bed) which we asked to change and owner did it immediately - so we were very-very happy in the end. Great-great attitude, the owner is very friendly and helpful! There is a covered garag and a proper ski room as well.

5-10min by walk to closest lift, 10 min drive to Wolkenstein or St Cristina lifts. very good value for money!
