The hotel was very conveniently located and had nicely appointed rooms, but I didn't find the people running it particularly friendly. Every time I asked them a question they had a look on their face which seemed to say, 'Why is this guy bothering me?'More

This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Orvieto. It was priced very reasonably and was clean, with very accommodating and friendly staff, and a good breakfast buffet each morning (included in the room price).

Excellent rooms, lovely lobby, great breakfasts. Extremely accommodating people. Excellent location a few steps from the Piazza del Duomo,...More

Having visited the hotel last year I can tell you they have a lot of parking on some waste land very close to the hotel that is behind a high wall with tall locked gates. You wouldn't even know it was there. As for the postcode, when you get close there are small signs to the hotel that seem to direct you the wrong way down a one way street. Follow the signs because they are correct, don't be put off. Instructions to the hotel are on their website and it says unload right outside and the owner will park your car for you at no extra charge. That's certainly what happened to us and it all worked fine.
