Be in time, be hungry! Fantastic! Never ending menu. Around 20 courses including everything: from appetizers to desert, pasta, risotto, meats, salad, bread, white and red vine, coffee, grappa, fruits. They sell wine and olive oil that they produce right over there. Must visit!

I just hope that this place will never be visited by a food journalist or whatever 5 star reporter. A small army of women in 12th century old castle unleashing the simpliest wisdom of the italian regional cuisine. That's it. Ratio food-location/price tending to infinite

After a somewhat hectic journey getting to Titignano from London, we arrived at this stunning place for a friend's wedding over the weekend. This place provided truly magical views of rural Umbria. Woods, Vineyards, Olive Yards, and water, all surrounded this venue - an image which will be held in our memory for a long time. Our accommodation was more... More

This is a small, quiet village about 30 km away from Orvieto in the countryside. On a little hill with a phantastic view, comfortable accommodations, great restaurant. They serve own wine, oil and vegetables. The pool area is beautiful, the service friendly. Good place to relax or to have seminars with the pleasure of dolce vita.

I stayed here for three days over a weekend for a friend's wedding. The location is wonderfully remote, but within a 30 minute drive of Orvieto which has all the day-to-day amenities and some fantastic visitor sites, restaurants, etc. The accommodation is simple and rustic, but well appointed and spotlessly clean. The food is likewise simple rustic Italian, but full... More

If you are ever in the area of Todi or Orvieto, treat yourself to this fabulous Sunday lunch at the Castle Titignano for the most reasonable price of €25 per person. Reservations are a must. We drove for about 1-1/2 hours over some interesting roads from Umbertide to out in the middle of nowhere to eat a fabulous multi-course lunch.at... More

I visited this gem for the first time in August 2014. Parts of this caste date to the 10th century! If being immersed in history is not enough, the view from our room was simply stunning. As if the history and stunning beauty is not enough, dinner was a gastronomic experience in itself. You are seated in a beautiful room... More

We stayed at Titignano castle for a friends wedding. The drive up to the castle is scenic and breathtaking (its about 25 min from the main town in Orvieto). The rooms are comfortable and charming but definitely simple and without modern amenities (but who needs that in the Italian countryside anyway!) The food was exceptional! The property is beautiful to... More

This was a wedding in 2011, which people still talk about today, as magical, ethereal ,full of love, romance and great party! 110 guests, some Italian some English, and other nationalities. It was the perfect day, the church was fantastic, food divine, staff helpful. Even the weather was perfect. I could go on........,,,,,,,,,

This is a beautiful agriturismo secluded high in the Umbrian hills. As others have stated, the views from this village-turned-hotel are simply spectacular, looking out over the vineyards toward the lake. Our family of four (college-age children) stayed in a pair of second floor rooms that could have easily accomodated 8 people. The bedrooms were simply appointed but comfortable, and... More
