We arrived in the evening without reservation. They said there was no room first, then lowered the price by bargaining. The room was small but clean. Weather was cold but room temperature was high including bathroom. We ate pizza at the restaurant, it was delicious and big. Breakfast was rich, they give also vegetables unlike most hotels in Italy. You...

This hotel is really close to the train station in Reggio Emilia. It's not an attractive area, in fact we found it a bit creepy. Also, don't make the mistake we did. There are two train stations here and Hotel Europa is NOT close to the gorgeous big station called AV Mediopadana. This hotel is in need of a renovation....

The hotel is quite near the train station, about a 5 minute walk. The room was huge and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. I ate in the restaurant a couple of times, and while busy, they staff were very helpful, especially with my limited Italian.

Great hotel which was in a good location for city centre and the loris Malaguzzi centre. I was there for a conference but as it was business needed good wifi - the hotel advertises fast wifi but it wasn't fast and kept dropping. There was no option to buy faster wifi. Apart from that the hotel was good, staff very...

I've discovered this hotel by accident because usually I've used different hotel in Reggio Emilia. Afterwards, I have always booked that hotel. It is on walk distance to the center of the town, while having benefit of fast access to the highway and having reserved parking. It had everything I needed for effective business trip. Only thing I would note...

It is stadium facing Hotel. Executive rooms are excellent. Breakfast is good. Location is near to Station and one can walk to reach there. Some front office staff behavior was very surprising as if they do not in business of hospitality. One Senior Gentleman on the reception was extremely arrogant. Overall other Team members were good.

I recently stayed at Hotel Europa while in Reggio Emilia for the international study group at the Malaguzzi Center. I was traveling alone, and was a bit apprehensive, but I always felt safe. Location was great for walking to the center (about 5-10 minutes), as well as easy access to the city's main piazza. Room was clean and comfortable. A...

I stayed recently at this hotel and will be very happy to come back. Rates might be a bit exaggerated but if you get a good deal it is worth to the little extra money. The rooms are clean and tidy, the hotel is well maintained and the staff is very professional, fast and welcoming... The breakfast is really good...

A marvellous Hotel, with professional Staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms. Director gives support at all levels. As a tour-leader I need to trust the Staff of a Hotel, so that I can concentrate at the content of the Study Group. This Hotel I can recommend. Because: rooms are OK, beds are of good quality, shower is good: hot and...
