The hotel is totally renovated, room neat, tidy and very clean. We thought it deserved way more than just two stars. It very well located, walking distance from the sea and the ‘night life’ attractions.
We would definitely recommend it, not just because the yummy breakfast is served till 12!!! The customer service is extraordinary!!! The staff is very helpful, but the administrator, Luca, went above and beyond to help us to sort out an issue we had during the holiday. We will be forever grateful for his effort he made the trip really exceptional.

Stayed in this charming hotel after our Norwegian cruise to Greece and Croatia. This hotel is a true gem! Patrick took care of our luggage so we can stroll the streets of Venice before check in. We paid a discounted rate online so did not expect the fantastic room we were given. Although not facing the canal, we were presented a room with our own veranda!

When Patrick escorted us to our room and explained about the amenities, we were desperately and surreptitiously fumbling for euros in our pockets but as always happens, could only come up with 2 euros (because the money is hidden in secret pockets). We did not insult him with it but instead decided to tell the world of how courteous he is.

On a recent visit to the city of Naples we had the pleasure of staying at the hotel Bellini and it was indeed a pleasure. This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city and a great location for exploring. The staff are very friendly and helpful and overall very professional. It is a lovely hotel with generous sixed rooms and immaculate throughout. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who intends to visit this wonderful city.

we were guests of the Bellini hotel last week and it was truly a pleasant surprise: everything exceeded our expectations considering that it is a 2-star structure: the services are excellent and the breakfast in the morning really super.... it has parking car and agreement with the beach
they treated us really well!!

Everything from breakfast to staff to location to cleanliness.
I am amazed at how a simple two-star hotel can be so clean, welcoming and well structured.
Very kind staff, rooms always very clean, very very good breakfast, located in a quiet but central place. Possibility of parking for free on the street next to the hotel or in an adjacent reserved car park.
We will definitely be back

I booked two rooms (one quadruple and one family) for a hen party.
First of all Mauro was friendly and super helpful right from the booking, the staff also helped us with the events and the means of transport to take, they also gave us the possibility of keeping our suitcases there after check-out for the whole morning until the afternoon which we had the train.
The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable, the family room even had two bathrooms. The breakfast (savoury and sweet) as well as being varied, was of excellent quality. Overall an excellent hotel where you spend little, but have all the comforts available, I don't understand how it can only have two stars, it deserves at least three. I hope to return!!!

Old hotel without any maintenance, perennial smell of grass (not garden!) in the corridors given the presence mostly of children and teenagers, microscopic lift (it doesn't fit and a baby's pram won't fit in it) without air recirculation , to do 30 seconds of climbing and descending you felt suffocated between the lack of air and the atrocious stench. Horror movie room, hostel furniture with rusty iron beds, balcony that opens halfway because it is obstructed by the bed, zero electrical sockets if not some almost to the ceiling (very useful), there is a TV stand but not the TV (very useful), non-existent hot water, luckily it was August; 6 of us stayed: a couple with a 3 year old daughter and a couple with a newborn baby, we had the communicating quintuple where the double room at the entrance was almost acceptable, but the second room was a niche of just 10 m2 with a bunk bed ( double bed below, single above) against the walls on 3 sides, a wardrobe and a sink (just like that) without air conditioning on August 15th; the guy at the reception even had the courage to snort when I went to ask to change rooms because 3 of us couldn't fit in there, initially there were no other rooms available, to my "then I'll have to look for another hotel!" by chance, another room turned up that was more spacious and had air conditioning in both sleeping areas, even though the folding door that divided the two areas was so narrow that not even the wheelchair could fit through, but let's overlook that. They boast a super, rich, stratospheric breakfast when it's a simple breakfast that you find in any 3-star hotel and up, yes, it's convenient that you can have breakfast until 11 but nothing so different from the usual, the scrambled eggs and the grandma's cake, croissants and pancakes as hard as rocks, probably from the day before. Very courteous, helpful and kind dining room staff as well as the night porter and the girl and boy we found in the afternoon/evening, the guy we found upon arrival and the next morning is really grumpy and rude. Well, I would say non-existent services, if you want bikes you pay, if you want parking you pay, and yet the room doesn't even cost that little. We were forced to choose this hotel because we couldn't find any others available for two nights in August but I wouldn't go back even under torture, I'd rather sleep in the car!!!

I stayed for one night in this property with my family. Clean and comfortable room, excellent value for money. The breakfast was very abundant, ranging from sweet to savory with various types of choices for both, hot and cold drinks. Cheap but quality hotel and very close to the center of Riccione. I highly recommend.

My husband, I and my 12 year old son were guests of the hotel from 3 to 8 June exactly in room 25. Top cleanliness, excellent breakfast also for intolerances and allergies, kind and helpful staff for any request.
Despite being classified as a 2-star hotel, it appears to be much superior to some 3-star hotels we visited in various locations.
Highly recommended.
Thanks for the hospitality.
Basile family.
