I stayed here to participate in a large Grand Fondo (Nove Colli) held in a nearby town. I cannot express how amazed I am at the service provided from the moment of my first enquiry right through to our departure. Denise is an absolute gem and with exceptional efficiency arranged my bike hire, late arrival dinner (AND birthday cake for...

Three star hotel with five star staff ! Nothing is too much for them! All going the extra mile to serve customers with a smile and courteous and professional manner. Spent two weeks in May 2016. One week was a walking cycling package with 35 other friends from the UK. Walks were led by the fantastic Denese. Managed and arrange...

A pleasant experience in a hotel located close to the beach and the center and well fitted. Good service, nice staff and clean rooms. A good choice if you happen to spend time in Riccione. Breakfast buffet is quite good and refilled regularly.

Double had a see view and balcony (and a 3rd bed). Wifi worked throughout. The food was beyond plentiful. A good selection at breakfast was....

Lately I have stayed in the hotel in a room for single person. The room was clean with all the basic facilities (TV, free Wi-Fi). The breakfast buffet is colorful and varied. The hotel's restaurant is very good and for the price of 25Euro you get a full meal of vegetables and other appetizers buffet, selection of primi piatti and...

one is the staff: professional and extremely kind, always ready to please the guests and trying their best to make everyone happy. the other is the food: we were on a full board basis and the coice everyday was really incredibly well done with dishes from the area cuisine, and others inspired from Italian receipes. moreover, great choice of 'antipasti'...

Stayed there full board with a group of cyclists on their bike package. Quantity and quality of food was outstanding and they included the wine! Group price was unbelievable. It's on a main road so if you want to sleep late request a room at the side. Moderate walk into town but OK. Slightly inflexible about single rooms - common...

A wonderful stay in Riccione in June. Even the weather wasn't always fine we liked this stay very much. The Hotel was well organized for a family with a 2 years old baby. There were 60 babies at that time and a lot of possibilities to play. The room was not big, but you could see the sea and had...
