Nice hotel built in the '90s but recently renovated.
My room was super good. Breakfast and dinner was really delicious. Location is good, only 2 corners from the beach. Staff is super professional and kind.
If I happen to be again in San Benedetto I will for sure stay at this hotel again!

This location is perfect for a quick tourist stop. Right off the beach & within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants. Rooms were clean & spacious by Europena standards. Front desk, bar, & restaurant service were excellent & a full breakfast was included. Would definitely recommend this property.

We are already planning our return trip to Hotel Imperial! Everything was perfect - our first email contact; the warm, friendly welcome; a breakfast with plenty of food to choose from served by very attentive staff .... we cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Our first time on this side of Italy and we are absolutely coming back.. Not only to the location, but also the hotel Imperial! This is how a family hotel should be run! And the non-family staff were just as nice.. Thanks Lea, Umberto, Fausto, Martina and Marcella! We were greeted as valued guests and throughout our stay everything was impeccable. The breakfast, half-board to be chosen from, we couldn't have asked for more. The room and bathroom modern with all facilities, we even had a sea view..
The beach close by with equally wonderful staff, I could go on and on...

It was a very good stay at this hotel, very friendly staff, nice rooms and a good offer for the breakfast. Wish that each hotel in Italy could be at this level.
The localization of the hotel despite not being directly at the seaside, is still convenient because it takes no more than two minutes to reach the nice palms avenue.
The city is really nice and even if not as popular outside Italy than rimini for example, it is worth to discover it.

Very nice, renovated hotel with own pool and parking spots. It takes 3-4 minutes walk to get to the hotel’s beach. Air conditioned room with a balcony. We stayed in the corner room and have complete private balcony when other rooms share one balcony that is divided with a small partition. The personal is kind and ready to help. The full board includes the beach service. Only one suggestion I would do. The water at dinner and supper is not free. The hotel charges 2.5 Euro for 1 liter glass bottle. It would be very appreciated by guests if the hotel invests into water dispenser and provide the free water during the dinner and supper.

My partner and I stayed here on our recent tour of Italy and it was the best hotel we stayed in. We couldn't fault the place, the room was amazing, the staff went out of there way to help and the breakfast was the best, we were getting a bit tired of ham, cheese and cake so the owner made us wonderful scrambled egg. It seemed that nothing was to much trouble. The other big plus was that there was free parking, we stayed in so many places during our trip where parking was advertised as free and it wasn't. We had a room with a view of the sea and the WIFI was excellent. The stay cost us £147 for two nights which was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this as a brilliant place to stay and well done to the staff and owners for getting it right and thank you. Claire & Hans

We stayed here for 4 nights in late May.The hotel more excels in everything it provides. It is set back a couple of streets from the beach but is very quiet at night.
There is also ample free car parking on site which is always welcome after a long journey.
We had a lovely suite with beautiful rooms with good a/c.
Everything was very clean and breakfast was served next to the lovely swimming pool.
The hotel has its own private beach where you may have to hire sunbeds at a reasonable small charge depending what room board you are paying for.
Beach towels are available from the reception and Mario will look after you once on the beach.
We only ate one night in the hotel and the food was very good but the menu had a limited choice and we enjoy eating out a bit more when on holiday.
A great hotel more than justifying its good tripadvisor ranking.

Stayed here for 4 nights earlier this Month with my family and i have to say this hotel was superb. This is a family run hotel who all make a Big effort to be as helpful as possible. Will definetly stay here again if visiting this part of italy.

Buonasera e grazie per il Suo interesse nella nostra struttura.
L'Hotel Imperial si trova in zona turistica e residenziale, dunque ricca di negozi e servizi, e a 150 metri dal Lungomare di San Benedetto, con moltissimi stabilimenti balneari aperti anche la sera. Inoltre in estate il lunedi sera si organizza un mercatino nelle vie adiacenti all'Hotel.
Il centro è comunque raggiungibile, oltre che in auto, in bus o in bicicletta tramite la comoda pista ciclabile, e il servizio di noleggio delle bici è incluso nelle nostre tariffe.
