We stayed at Hotel Conturines in September 2023 at the start of a hiking trip. The hotel rooms were beautiful, but more significantly the staff was outstanding. They really defined service in a small hotel. We would go back in a heartbeat. One evening the owner and friends put on a Ladin (local culture) evening, complete with Ladin music and food. Not to be missed! Really outstanding (I rarely write reviews but the experience here was so good, I felt compelled to.)

This is the second time we stay at Conturines and it is still the best! They make you feel like family, remembering what you like and always very friendly. We even had an accident skiing and they helped us get the best doctor around. And the food is delicious !

Good hotel with nice modern rooms. Good food and charming staff. Five minute shuttle to lifts or a 10 minute walk, but ski is and boots stay in a locker at the lift, so the walk is no problem. Recommended

These people go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. More pillows? sure. Coffee before breakfast is open? sure . arrange a cake last minute for our friends birthday? sure. open breakfast early because our group has to leave early? sure. The rooms are so modern with clean lines, we were all showing each other our hotel rooms because we thought they were so cool. Blue led lights in the shower, stone sinks in the bathroom, modern pendulum lights by the beds- it just felt luxurious. At the same time, the bar, lounge area could not have been more warm and welcoming. The restaurant had abundant good food, but actually I could have just eaten from the salad bar and been satisfied. There were different cheeses and breads, many types of grilled vegetables, plus all the regular salad bar stuff. My favorite meal was the lamb chops. I just wish I could have stayed there an extra couple nights.…

Recently spent four nights here whilst in northern Italy for the cycling event that is the Maratona. Picked a hotel at random from the choices available and couldn't believe my luck. Probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed in with amazingly friendly staff and fantastic restaurant quality food. I really couldn't have asked for more and there's even secure bike storage or the option of keeping your pride and joy in the room with you. Would stay again and recommend without hesitation.

Our first time in San Cassiano and the wonderful Hotel Conturines. We were a large group staying at this family run hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed. The accommodation and service were far above that of a 3* hotel. The rooms were modern and impeccably maintained and staff answered any queries promptly. We had a couple of non skiers in our party and the hotel seamlessly coordinated lunch bookings on the mountain with transport for the non skiers. We were staying half board and both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and each group or family given their own table for the duration of their stay. Our waitress Gisela was a delight! My only complaint would be that the hotel was very well heated and the dining room really too warm for comfort. We would definitely return.…

By chance ( recommended by friends of friends) we stayed in the perfect ski hotel for a family of 4, you might say Goldilocks and the 3 stars! The hotel is not too big nor too small, just right. The location is not too far to the lifts or shops, nor too close, just right. The cost is not low not too high, just right! And the stars are certainly the amazing staff, the lovely rooms and the excellent food. We will be back as soon as we can. Anyone got 3 wishes!

Hotel is perfectly located, just 5 min walk from the ski lifts and with locker there so we did not have to carry the skis with us every day. Very personalised attention by the owners. I needed to buy a medicine for my daughter and they happily offered to do it for me. Rooms and hotel are totally new. Lovely and spacious rooms too.
