It was the perfect base for exploring the Dolomites, away from the larger, more crowded towns. This is a family run hotel, with pride and attention to everything they do. Rooms are simple, bright, clean and comfortable. The meal plan was perfect, with a new menu to select from every day. Food & wine were excellent. Relaxed, warm, friendly, you...

La Stua is a great little hotel. Very clean, pleasant rooms. Had 2 balconies with mountains in the background. Very relaxing and serene. Good breakfast and nice dinner. Easy access / walk to town, or if you want take a nice hike nearby. You can rent bikes up the road and do some sightseeing of the amazing mountains too. Town...

The rooms are comfortable and quiet The food is excellent. The pleasant walk to the slopes is not too far. We rented skis and a locker at the base of Piz Sorega so we did not have to carry our equipment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was our first time in the Dolomites. After a failed landing at Innsbruck and having got lost on the way we were more than happy to reach the friendly and welcoming Hotel La Stua. There was parking outside and our rooms were warm and a good size with views over the village towards the slopes. The owners were very...

This is a superb base for walking in this relatively quiet but stunning valley in the Dolomites. The owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are superb and evening meals good value. They were happy to pack us a generous picnic lunch. The rooms are a little basic but Ok for the cost.

La Stua is everything a 3 star hotel should be: great value, great service and very comfortable rooms. The hotel is very well placed in beautiful San Cassiano. Short walk from the hotel to get on your boots, pick-up your skis and then you're off on the bubble lift to the wide ranging, most wonderful blue runs, amid the amazing...

Exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. Warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for re-charging those batteries after a day up on the slopes! The food is plentiful and wholesome with plenty of variety on offer. Make sure to be around for the traditional Tyrolean feast, it's fantastic! Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the Dolomites!

We stayed here in February during a ski holiday. It is about a 5 or 6 minute walk to the bottom of the ski hill and the main gondola. It is very close to the small cafes and shops (less than a minute's walk). The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great views from the balconies. And the food is...
