We actually found this hotel by accident. It is an old luxury hotel with fabulous service! Natalie and Carmine at the front desk were extremely helpful. Natalie actually walked us through the hotel and to our room explaining where everything was. I have never experienced this before and I'm very thankful for the attention they gave us looking the way...

This is our last day in this fantastic hotel. If you love a hotel like an old palace with great staff, splendid food and a caring management, this is the place for you. I cant understand, that people complain about tiles missing at the pool, if you look at tripadviser you know this before you arrive. Anyhow, this will be...

My now wife and I, had our wedding reception at the Royal Hotel and there is no doubt that it was the best day of our lives. Antonella and Maria made sure that everything was planned, designed, and presented absolutely perfectly to exceed our expectations. The maitre Massimiliano was the cherry on top, and organized an impeccable service during the...

We are members of the Leading Hotels of the World and booked a 3 night staying from the 19th September. We were in sea view superior room with a small balcony, 2 chairs are provided, amazing views of the pool and the Ocean. Yes as other reviews have said some parts are worn out but that is part of the...

This is an old style classic hotel set in lovely extensive grounds with all the usual facilities. The standard of service is exceptional, understated and language is no barrier. Our second room was lovely, but the first night in an unimproved standard was a disappointment, and we had to change. Avoid the unimproved rooms with poor bathrooms for what they...

We had lunch by the pool. Nice atmosphere. Good service. Quite high quality food. But this restaurant is not for those on a restricted budget! As such it was not exceptional. The hotel is an old one and it closes for two months each year - from the end of November to the end of January. It has free parking...

We stayed in this hotel for one night in late August on the way from Spain to Slovenia. My wife and I think it was absolutely ordinary hotel with disciplined the hotel's staff and at times intrusive service. The room was good (with sea view), but the furnishings needs to be updated. We had dinner at the hotel's coffee(don't remember...

We were fortunate to stay 2 nights at this beautiful hotel while visiting San Remo during our holiday in Nice. The place is pure grandure - like something from a James Bond film, very classy, amazing service. Fantastic breakfast selection and beautiful bedrooms. Its not cheap, its pricey but worth it for a treat. The outdoor heated salt water pool...

Lovely located in front of the sea.The hotel is well divided with the dinning rooms and pool area by a road. The lobby and cafè area are nice but they really need a refurbishment... It is the best hotel of San Remo but it could be one of the best in the Riviera...
