It's been a wonderful seven days. Hotel located in a strategic position for excursions of various lengths and difficulties. The cable car located a few meters away takes you only a few kilometers from Schenna (the hotel gave us a ticket valid for 7 days for one free ride per day). The structure is a typical mountain structure, predominantly wood. The hotel has two separate SPA areas, one dedicated to families with swimming pool, 60-degree sauna and relaxation areas, and a SPA for adults only, with 85-degree sauna and relaxation area. Inside there is a baby-parking open six days a week, with Miriam, of unparalleled sweetness! The restaurant (they had breakfast and dinner in the package) offers hearty breakfasts and dinners never banal, with every evening excellent dishes. Drinks are excluded, but prices are very affordable. The staff is really courteous, an applause to Heidi, wonderful! The room (we were in the chalet) was complete with every comfort, we slept great! This was the best family hotel I have ever been. The location, the staff, the service, the food, the cleanliness, the view (!!!), the kids club and the endless activities and possibilities just made it a wonderful stay for me, my partner and 2 kids. I will def come back here whenever it is possible and would highly recommend it to all families (not really for couples, as it is really focused on families, although even for couples the place is lovely).

A wonderful solution for a family holiday. The hotel is located on the slope of a mountain at 1,400 meters. the landscape is beautiful: below you can see the whole valley and around the high silent mountains. Outside there is a play area for children very well equipped and a nice doe that the Gamper Family found and adopted and now lives here with them. the rooms are spacious and clean, the children's games room is full of games, lots of wood and also has safe spaces even for small children. The restaurant is a wooden terrace with a breathtaking view on the valley and food is excellent. The owners organize nice entertaining activities for kids and adults and there also a well equipped SPA and a swimming pool for adults and kids with hot water. All around the hotel many beatiful footpaths start for different levels of expertise. Really I cannot imagine a best place to spend a week with you family here in Trentino Alto Adige! This place is really worth its price.

The food is great - daily menu as well as speck with eggs and potatoes and definitely the kaiserschmarren- the rooms are very sweet, the views are spectacular and before long we felt completely at ease letting our five year old roam the place with our friend's children. We always use the pool and sauna. There is a great play room, their play ground is fantastic and there are great walks to take directly from the malga. We have gone three or four times and my child now counts down the days until we get there. It is relatively isolated - you need a cable car to get there.
