Stayed in a group of 5 for a skiing holiday in February 2016. Although down the street from the town centre, the hotel has a ski bus stop directly outside - very convenient. The friendly service, amazing food and fabulous facilities more than make up for the slightly out-of-centre location. You truly couldn't ask for more - large rooms and... More

Everything is great. The room is clean and tidy. The food is yummy. The serivice is excellent. it's just near the ski bus stop and it only takes about 5 mins to Ciampinoi or Costabella. It's amazing that we can ski directly back to the hotel with the ski trail. There is only one little thing that the wifi in... More

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Comploj in late August this year. This was our first time in the Dolomites and Val Gardena, and we could not have been more pleased. What a gorgeous place and a fantastic experience. First and foremost, the staff are unbelievable. My partner is wheat-intolerant and we were staying half-board. The hotel went above... More

My family has made an annual tradition of staying here each winter, because from the very first time we stayed here the owners made us feel like we were a part of their family. the property is family owned and run, and they are everything that hospitality should be - helpful, friendly, genuinely caring, and passionate about their town, which... We stayed here right at the beginning of the summer season, when most of the lifts were open but not all. Consequently the hotel had few other people staying, and it was fantastic. We received the most personal service; remembering our breakfast and drinks preferences, suggesting walks in the mountains around, and other places to go on the day that... More

Hotel Comploj is a wonderful family run establishment and we couldn't rate Gilbert, Paula & Patrick (whose family have been here for more than 100 years) more highly. They and their staff were fantastic, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, the tastefully decorated lounge & bar much appreciated at the end of each day's skiing, the breakfast and 4 course... We Stayed at Hotel Comploj in February for 7 nights to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We were a party of 14 Australians and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The manager Patrick and his parents were just delightful and very helpful. The rooms were fantastic with lots of space and very clean. The bar & dining room have... More

We've skied in Australia and America but that in no way prepared us for what we had here. Fantastic room with lots of space - normally a rarity in the snow- plus food provided for breakfast and dinner that was of a particularly high standard. This is a family run business and the personal touches provided paid evidence to the... More

My husband and I stayed at family-owned Hotel Comploj for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon in Italy and France and Hotel Comploj was a clear favourite and we certainly plan to visit again. Set in a beautiful backdrop, the hotel itself did not disappoint - the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and the common areas of the... More

My husband and I stayed with a our friends at the Comploj for 7 nights. The hotel is run by a very nice family. They were very helpful and attentive to all our wishes but most of all - warm and friendly. Patrick, the young manager came up with great tips for ski and other activities. The chef was just...
