Firstly, in order to make this review fair, I should start by saying that we knew it was only a 3 star hotel when we booked it. Our last 4 ski hols have been at Easter, which is a cheaper time than Feb half term so we were able to have better quality of accomm & location but because we...

We booked through neilsen for a skiing holiday. We were supposed to get a quad room, but got what looks like a double with two extra beds stuck in. Very cramped. Terrible shower too. We complained but were told the hotel is full. Our half board food was great though and staff very friendly.

Hotel Biancaneve in Sestriere is a fab place to stay. The staff are all so friendly and the food is so nice we ate at the hotel all week (we usually eat out a couple of times on a ski trip). Ski slopes are brilliant with wide slopes and beautiful views and so many options of runs and easy access...

This was my 9th visit to this lovely hotel (with my son), and as I write this I am here again one week later. Need I say more. The staff are always welcoming and helpful especially Marco Barale the (head?) Waiter. I will post another review of this week's stay and name some of the other lovely staff (and post...

It was the very friendly, helpful, english speaking staff in this family owned and run hotel which made my stay so enjoyable. Good sized room with more than adequate storage space. Heated ski/boot room a bonus. Hotel a short walk from the ski lifts, but hourly bus to the lifts stops outside the hotel. I was the only passenger each...

Sorry to say less than satisfied with our stay. It is a 3 star hotel and is clean. The food is good and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We stayed in the last week of the season. The hotel was fully booked with a lot of Italian school children. This was the start of the bad experience. Unfortunately...

This was both our second ski holiday in Sauze d'Oulx and stay at Hotel Biancaneve and again, we weren't disappointed. Elena, Claudia and all their staff were wonderful, providing us with genuine hospitality, immaculately clean bedrooms/bathrooms and home-cooked food which was second to none. We were welcomed with open arms and we left hoping to return next year.

This place is ideal for a cheap ski trip. Stayed last week and had a great time. The rooms were basic but clean, we had a double, a twin and a triple, each had proportionately the same amount of room, however they aren't soundproofed so if you get a bunch of noisy people you can hear them very clearly and...

A week spent in Sestriere in Italy was a pure delight. Nielson was great to book with and very professional in resort - cheers Giles and team! Sestiere is a fabulous resort at 2020 metres the pistes were very well looked after even though it did not snow until our last day. There was more snow in Mont Genevre but...

Our third year staying at the Biancaneve - what more could be posted that trumps that. This is a 3* Hotel that delivers on every one of its 3* - its not pretentious, a family orientated hotel, value for money and it delivers on all counts. Waiting to book for 2017. Love this place.
